Great motel at a reasonable price right near Clifton Hill. Staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not awesome (dirty towels when we arrived, dirty floor, found a pair of socks from previous customer, weird fingerprints on bathroom door and bathroom wall). The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of guests, leading to line ups and frustration. Indoor pool was being painted during our stay. The outdoor pool, while small, was a welcome break during the heatwave. Charging $10/day for parking is weird. Its a motel. How else but by car do people come here? Just charge $10 more for the room. Overall, very nice stay though they could improve a few things.

The staff was amazing . We only slept in hotel we spent alot of time away from room . We asked to have sheets and clean towel each day and last day at check out i noticed blood on my sheets still from a bleeding fly bite from day 1 and a burn hole still on blanket from day 1 so none of then were changed or clean just the bed remade . Breakfast only had boiled eggs and waffles and yogurt not much options for kids and gamily to eat very small eating room our room was bigger then eating room .inside pool was closed whole time we stayed for painting but that was on the outside pool was nice to cool down..over all we would chooae different location next time for family to enjoy hotwl as well. Love the staff

Nice quiet and close to everything.

Appreciated that there were two pools which was great as the main pool was under renovation when we stayed. The hotel needs updating, but the staff makes up for many of the hotel’s shortcomings. Overall a safe and clean place to stay; we stayed 3 nights.

Language barrier with the reception clerk. The office for check in was not labeled, so I was unsure where to go. The location made me feel uneasy.

Disappointing breakfast, overall felt more like a motel We stayed for two nights. The front desk manager, Mr. Happy, was very polite and helpful, which we appreciated. The location was convenient and within a reasonable distance from Niagara Falls. The room was clean, but we were surprised to find no slippers, not even in the bathroom, and there was no bottle of water in the fridge. The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. It was advertised as a “continental breakfast,” but unfortunately it didn’t even match the quality of a basic breakfast from a local café. There was no cheese, no tomatoes, no fresh eggs, and no sandwich maker. The cafeteria itself was located in the basement and the tables were not clean, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Another issue was that the bathroom had no ventilation, which made it quite uncomfortable after showers. Overall, the property lacked the standard features of a typical hotel and felt more like a motel. We expected a bit more based on the description provided online.

Would not stay there ever again. Fridge and microwave weren’t plugged in so not operational to put our drinks in right away. My husband figured out the wiring and got it to work. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and plug for the hot tub broken. For the price we paid when we went NOT WORTH IT! Also breakfast is served in a basement that smells musky and damp. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere better.

Amazing price point walking distance to Clifton Hill. Very convenient. Cheaper parking fee compared to other hotels. Very great experience would go back.

The room pictures on-line do NOT match the actual room as the property does not meet its parent company standards, as this property is very old and shows its age.
