I had a lovely short stay in the Riad with my family. With 3 adults and two little children, the bunk beds added lots of excitement ! The owner and staff onsite are incredibly welcoming and kind. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious, generous and so pleasant as we were sat in the quiet patio on a clear and bright day. The Riad itself is an authentic small riad typical of the Moroccan old towns (Medina) -it’s been kept simple with no sophistication but in very good shape. It’s not very difficult to access just trust Google Maps or contact the owner for the live location share. As it’s in the heart of the old town there are several dining options nearby.

Centraĺy located in the back street in the middle of the medina. Very quiet for a good night sleep with plenty of space. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast to start the day.

Was warmly greeted by Hosts, Room was 1st floor (up stairs). Everything worked fine. Has roof balcony and relaxing area in main area of Riad. Turtles to add an animal touch. Riad can take bit of searching to find (its about 500m from Blue Gate on left turn from bazaar. Ask shopkeepers for help. Very close to restaurants and the Tannery is walking distance further down the street. Underground parking for your car is opposite the Blue Gate.

I didn't like my stay at Chrifis in the least. Here's why. 1.I arrived and no one was on site, it took a while to get a hold of anyone. Riad staff took about 45 minutes to arrive on site. All the while I waited in the dark because the entrance is in a pitch black( even in daylight) alley. 2. The riad is deep in the medina so plan on walking a while to get to it. If you have a car, you'll need to leave your car outside the medina. This wouldn't have been so bad if it had been mentioned in the description. 3. The room's heater didn't function well. 4. The rooms's lock fell apart in my hands. 5. The room is drafty because the door was ill-fitting. I ended up leaving and booking a room at the Ramada for less than the Riad costs and that hotel was posh.

Beautiful historic family owned riad with amazing mosaic and carved stone interior. Close to the blue gate but also in the heart of the souks so great shopping and convenience all around. Had a quiet comfortable sleep and breakfast was good! If you want an authentic Fez experience in the ancient medina this is a great choice.

Really lovely couple running a beautiful riad. We struggled the find our way initially but we called them and they helped. We ended up with the huge room downstairs which can fit 6 which was nice space to have. Good hot water in shower and really quiet. Also spent some time chilling on the roof. We parked nearby in a public parking and it was 50 Dh and no problem (guarded, had a ticket machine and barriers) Overall great stay!

Love this Riad. It’s so close to all attractions and only 5 minutes walk from the Blue gate. Nice breakfast and a great service from the youngster Abdul Cader who went out of his way to help us. Very polite, professional and a helping guy.

We loved Riad Les Chrifis. As soon as we walked through the door, we were in awe of the place! Its absolutely beautiful. The owner picked us up at the train station for a fee. It's a family owned business. They were friendly, conversational, and very helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be in the medina and close to the tombs. It's located 6mins walk away from the Blue Gate. They prepared a simple yet yummy breakfast. And, we were able to have our laundry done for a fair price. I would highly recommend Riad Les Chrifis.
