Very helpful staff. Amazing norwegian food at the restaurant.

everything in the room was in a terrible shape, especially the bed and bathroom. we had to sleep upside down because bed was tilted backwards. the shower poured into the bathroom floor because door wasn't sealed. overall the most. it was worth probably 300kr but we paid almost 2000.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the morning is quite good. Restaurant at night with good food and service. No taxi options on the weekend to get to the airport so ended up walking the distance.

close to the airport and decent food places close by. three restaurants and a grocery store to cover the basic needs. Friendly staff that helped to get setteled and informed me about opening hours for the restaurants around the hotel. Quick and smooth check in and check out. Stunning nature around Bardufoss and when I got there it was recently covered in snow.

Small town hotel, good and clean. The bed was very soft and 'well worn.' However, the service was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was basic but good with no complaints. Overall good stay.

Very dated hotel, with paper thin walls. Room was big and spacious, which was nice, but we could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. Breakfast was horrible, empty when we arrived 15 minutes after it started. On top of that, they wanted us to pay again, even though we had already pre-paid. We had to argue and find our confirmation. Not even close to being worth the price. Poor value for money.

Nette kamer en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ik was erg vroeg en kreeg een kop koffie en mijn kamer werd met voorrang schoongemaakt zodat ik er snel in kon.

God frokost, hyggelig betjening, rask in-check.

Helt ok hotell for å sove på, men ikke så mye mer enn det. Ha nummeret til hotellet klart hvis du skal ta morgenbussen, døra var låst og vi kom oss ikke ut.

Vi var tre stk, og bestilte familierom. Dobbeltsengen var veldig god, men sovesofaen var sliten, og ikke veldig god å ligge i. God størrelse på rommet! Litt ekkelt med dusjforheng i dusjen. Ellers var O Leary's i kjellereren stemningsfull, nå rett før jul.

Vond lukt fra sluk eller lignende på bad, forsvant heller ikke med vann i vannlås, vannet renner utover hele badet når man dusjer, nattbords og lys på arbeidsbenk fungerer ikke, fjernkontroll har dårlig batteri og må helt opptil tv for å fungere.
