Overall a great property.

Convenient.

I will not stay here again. The room was not clean, microwave and fridge had crusted food in them, floor and sofa were dirty and stained. Staff at front desk was not helpful.

I liked how clean this hotel was. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The rooms were nice.

Close to airport and good facilities and the complementary shuttle was great!

We can’t wait to go back. Very comfortable stay at the hotel!

Not a bad stay. Getting the VIP food voucher was a nice touch. The girl behind the check in counter, of Asian descent was wonderful. Only thing was clean the hallways up. Tons of soccer teams staying there which is fine but garbage, dirty clothes in hallway and kids running around was tiresome after night two.

We stayed at the missisaga Sandman. This was a complete contrast. The reception area had dirty rugs, the corridors has chewing gum on the mats and no airflow. The place was extremely hot in May. Not ideal when you are lugging around heavy bags. The room was full of dust, mirrors and fridge had finger print marks all over. The bathroom had signs of mould. The bed was worn out. The decor was new but dark grey so everything looked dirtier than it was. Skirtings were stained, airconditiong unit loud. Beds were wornout so i felt like i was going to fall out if i was anywhere near the edge. You can see its been renovated but it lacked comfort and cleanliness and lighting. Even the TV remote was strange to use. The staff were semi helpful. Not a professional service. I would not stay here again.

My stay was amazing. They got us into our pet friendly room quickly. The staff was great amd will stay there again the next time we are through the city

Close to the airport

My flight to Edmonton for Christmas was cancelled and I got a flight to Calgary so I could drive. Had to get a last minute hotel and I've never stayed at a Sandman before. I was so impressed from start to finish. Absolutely beautiful decor - my kind of style. Will return.
