Had to ask for clean towels. No sign that I noticed to that effect.

Convenient access. Nice room Best breakfast I have experienced in a hotel for a long time.

Room was very clean. Shower was great. Bed was a little hard for my taste but overall a good experience.

We travel with food and beverages for my wife to take with her medications. Proper working refrigeration is essential. After removing the beverages, refrigerator door did not shut. Problem was huge frosted backup which told us it have never been defrosted. Luckily, with the door not properly shut for a day( we discoved when returning)

Clean rooms and breakfast area. Looked in gym and pool area and looked clean and on order as well. Breakfast was could, could've switched a few items for those staying longer but still all was great and had options. Staff was supee friendly and helpful.

The woman working at the front desk on Wednesday afternoon 2/26/25 between 3:30 and 4:00pm was rude, very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. She seemed either to have difficulty with visiting foreigners or maybe she just didn’t feel well and in that case, should have called in sick and stayed home that day. Also, please educate her that people whose native tongue is not English do not routinely have a hearing loss therefore speaking louder will not help them understand English better.

It was clean, quiet, and nice. The staff were really attentive and helpful.

Everyone was great, what was amazing was I forgot but wet bathing suits and towels they didn't throw them away even tho I had out them in a white garbage bag, I called the next day and they had them and waited for me to pick them up!!!!

Stay with 2 teenagers. They had a ball. The pool is small but it does the trick. Room was clean and staff was nice

Hotel nice, clean. Breakfast ok. Pillows/bed awful. Did not sleep.

Bed are horrible! Should just sleep on the floor with the flat pillows. Also, the pool are with water slide should be monitored. The slide was nuts since adults don’t parent their kids and there wasn’t any staff to enforce any rules. It’s very loud and hot in the pool area. The staff were nice and the hotel is in decent condition and seemed clean.

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and slide. What a great idea! The room was spacious and very clean. We will return!

Very clean and comfortable room. Large bathroom with plenty of vanity space. I’m gluten free and they had many breakfast options and when asked, brought out some packaged bread options for me.
