When we check in at 5pm, they have mentioned the room is not ready for check in. We have argue with them and at last they provide a room which the window facing the grave. We are totally disappointed.

Location is convenient, although it's a little hard to find for the first time. Breakfast is great with lots of selections.

The hotel is nice, but a little hard to find. This hotel is connected to the train station, but minimal signage. Need to follow the signs follow carpark 2 and 4, and walk through the car park, until you see a sign pointing to the hotel, which has an elevator in the carpark.

Clean and comfortable bed. No bad smell. Good breakfast. Walk 3min to train station. Also 24hrs convenience shop beside lobby for late dinner.

Hotel kept in reasonable conditions. Very close to Hangzhou East Station.

Next to rail station and brand new. Very clean. Got a complementary upgrade on check in. Friendly and efficient staff.

Great hotel!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was blowing hot air throughout. No matter how I adjusted the thermostat. When it shows the room temperature as 30°C (and it felt warmer than that), up from 26°C when I first entered room, I just gave up trying and slept with it switched off and the window open.

Loved the convenience of location. Overall experience at the hotel is great and I would totally book it again if I revisit Hangzhou and needed to transfer at Hangzhou Railway Station East.

Close to train station is the only positive. Very small room. Very poor ventalation.

Very close to the train station, but staff is not really professional and did not help with luggage or held the door open. Room was very nice but noisy, and I did not really like the bath layout. Other than that, valhe for the money

Lovely clean modern hotel located right next to hangzhou east train station, directly connected via the carpark. Would stay there again if I return to hangzhou. Highly recommended!

I only stayed one night. But the location is excellent, and the staff are super friendly, especially the front desk personals. It is a business travelling hotel, the facilities are new.

Stayed there for 2 nights and needed to take the train the other morning. The location is super convenient for that reason. You can walk to the East Railway Station from the car park on Level B1. The room is very new, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would stay again if next time reach HZ by railway!
