Loved the place. The food was great as well. If they are able to explain about the food better it would have been better.

Overall hotel was great. Little dated but very comfortable. Only thing was that was was being stabbed by something sharp at night while sleeping. In the morning I discovered it was cockroach legs stabbing me and then found a dead one at the bottom of my futon. Food and service were wonderful and onsen was the best part.

Enjoyed the beautiful and very clean room with private outdoor bath. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the staffs are the best.

我們在這小温泉旅館住了兩晚，每間都是獨立小屋。屋內有戶外、戶內溫泉各一。雖然沒有景觀可言，但私隱度高。房間清潔、寬敞。早餐食物品質好只是量比較少。唯一缺點是沒有清楚標示，就是有GPS也不好找。但總體是非常滿意。

Very pleasant stay away from tourists. Nice and private room with indoor & outdoor onsen.

We were late in arriving, but they picked us up immediately at the bus station, whisked is through check-in, just in time for the beautiful kanseki dinner. Our own private onsen outdoors capped the evening. Their graciousness and generosity were outstanding.

I am satisfied with free riding service, the facilities, staffs kindness, and the room condition. It is also good location to access the main street of Yufuin on foot.

Huone siisti ja tilava. Huoneen yhteydessä oleva yksityinen onsen oli mahtava! Puolihoito kannattaa ottaa. Ruoka oli hyvää ja sitä oli riittävästi. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja halusi tehdä asiakkaalle kaiken mukavaksi. Enemmän englanninkielen taitoista henkilökuntaa jäin kaipaamaan. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen. Suosittelen!

部屋は綺麗で広く、食事も良かったです。 特に肌がツルツルスベスベになる内湯と露天の温泉が良かったです。 とても満足できました。

清潔さ、スタッフの対応共にとても良く、また宿泊したい旅館でした。

ゆっくりくつろげる部屋、部屋付き内風呂、露天風呂、食事は特に白米が美味しく、ドリンクサービスどれも大変良かった。

想像以上にとても良いお部屋でした。

母の誕生日のお祝いをスタッフの皆様でして頂け、プレゼントまで頂きました。スタッフの皆様は本当に優しく接客も丁寧で感動しました。温泉の泉質も最高です。残念だったのは値段の割に備品の鏡の電気がつかなかったり、安物ぽかったり、ドアの建て付けが悪かったり残念でした。

다소 외진 곳에 있어 입실 후 주변 산책 및 할거리가 없긴 하나, 온천이 목적이라면 좋은 선택입니다! 작지만 개별 탕에 있고 실내외 탕으로 구별되어 있어 사용하기에도 편리합니다. 유후인의 다른 료칸들도 숙박해 보았지만 비슷한 가격대에선 온천 물이 가장 좋았고, 탕 관리도 깨끗하였습니다! 석식과 조식 또한 깔끔하고 좀 더 신경을 쓰고 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 추후 유후인 료칸을 재 이용케 된다면 1순위로 고려할 료칸입니다.

素晴らしい

유후인역 공중전화로 전화하니 픽업도 잘 해주셨고 전체적으로 친절하셨습니다. 주변에 편의점이 없을 것 같아 미리 들렀다 가길 잘 했고 냉장고에 무료 하이볼과 맥주가 있어 좋았습니다. 조용하고 운치있는 느낌이었습니다. 여름이고 주변에 풀이 많다 보니 가끔 벌레가 들어오기도 했는데 일행이 잡아줘서 괜찮았습니다.
