Windows needs to be cleaned.

The room had nice amenities, like washer/dryer, and kitchen, and was clean . The hvac was so noisy sounded like a jet taking off, bed was not balanced so rocked noisily upon movement. Neighborhood is very dirty, view from window looked into a rat infested yard (was in room 207). Very much a student housing area.

The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very close to public transportation and a variety of food options. The counters, floors, windows and sofa could have been cleaned better.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed in downtown Montreal and very affordable. Being it was hot, the hallways and elevator were super hot and muggy but the apartment had 2 ac units so nice and cool.

Perfect location for anybody attending anything around Concordia. Amazing large space.

I stayed with 1 kid and our room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Last time we had a bigger room and was better. It is not as cute as it shows on pictures but okay looking in person. Great bed size and comfortable. Good shower pressure. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. The ones in the washroom smelled like a genering industrial one. Fridge was ok, hard to open drawers. I appreciated the coffee pods as well. Furniture is a little old. Our blinds were jammed when we got there but they fixed it fast. I was offered a complimentary cleaning since I stayed for 10 days. Unfortunately the minimum was done...the floor was still dirty. The area is great for being close to alot of things and the metro but the area is a little ghetto and full of homeless people everywhere. The building was safe as every door and elevator had a code to get in. I didn't see any security guards there though.

It occupies a few floors of an older apartment building, with no hotel amenities whatsoever. The windows were filthy—clearly not cleaned in years—and the location is far from ideal, even for downtown. While the unit itself is nicely decorated, 4 stars should mean more than just interior design. You expect service, cleanliness, and comfort. On top of that, the air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Definitely not worth the rating it claims.

Great property and location! In the heart of downtown and a block from Guy metro station. My questions were quickly answered. The place was very clean and has all that you need for long stays. There’s a parking lot 2 blocks away. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay here and as you can see it looks exactly like the pictures online. The location was in a good central location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, and the metro which was super convenient. The building is an apartment with only a couple of the floors converted into the “hotel” but it was in a secure and clean building as felt safe all hours of the day and into the night. We will definitely be staying here again our next time in Montreal!

There was a terrible burnt smell the entire time we were at the apartment.

Good apartment, concrete ceilings with epoxy floors, I did not feel comfortable enough to walk barefoot. Make sure floors are clean next time. Few towels that feel extra course. Its like someone put them through 100 washes at nearby prison before stocking them in this hotel. Clearly managers have not been inducted into the world of laundry softeners. While place looks renovated, doors are very old looking, proximity and gap in doors between bathroom and bedroom ensure that I could serenade my gf with my number 2 sounds and smells all night. Did I mention no working fan in bathroom? Some switches do nothing. Cracks evident on ceilings. Shower itself was 9/10 though, very nice. Very old LCD TV with nothing interesting to watch. Good price / day with expedia incentives. Overall, clean / large place in an old infrastructure with limited service. I like the place. Make improvements or I will look elsewhere next time.

The apartment was very well equiped. The bedding was lovely. My only nitpic, was the hot water took a long time to heat up in the kitchen.

Good cooking ware tools provided, good shower, nice couch and i liked the bed but gf didnt. Bathroom could use a shelf. Overall quite good!
