Clean, modern and very close to PAX West for the convention with plenty of places to go eat nearby. Loved it.

For the money, the value wasn’t super great, given that housekeeping only comes every other day and mine only managed to come up one single time the entire week I stayed. The handicap shower I got was also super confusing! I did appreciate the breakfast buffet, and it was a wonderful location. I just felt a little uncared for (for example, I asked for help on the shower 3 separate times over 3 days before anyone helped!)

Wonderful experience. There is a kitchen, a refrigerator, and cooking equipment etc. Conveniently located. Great services.

The place is right next to the convention center so it was easy to walk to and there's a lot of food in the area. Plus the free breakfast was nice

I was attending PAX and the location of the hotel was great. Close enough that everything was easy to get to but not right in the middle of action so being at the hotel seemed like a break. The room was clean with great blackout curtains. Breakfast had enough to fuel our morning. Staff were kind and helpful. We had an error in our bill at the end of the stay. We were charged for parking when I had prepaid as part of my booking. Roberto was efficient and helpful in looking into it and reversing the charges. We live just up the I-5 and want to visit Seattle again. Will definitely stay here again.

Could be a little cleaner in the main lobby. The smells of people cooking should have been expected but two things can be true: and the second truth is that it still smelled unpleasant with people cooking (burnt cheese). Staff met expectations.

It was a perfect stay especially for anyone with kids. Will definitely book again. Easily accessible to areas around downtown, waterfront and the space needle.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the air conditioning worked, the bed was super comfy, and the free breakfast was unbelievable - such a great spread!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, great breakfast. Pass on dinner on the property. Many better restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Staff was very professional and helpful especially Derrian. Check-in and check-out were flawless!!
