Great experience!

Our stay here has become a home away from home! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. I want to especially acknowledge Amanda at the front desk! She is so professional but your friend while you are there! Amazing breakfast !

We lived it

Check-in was quick. The front desk assistant was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in and into our room. Room was comfortable for my husband and I and our three kiddos. It was quiet and clean and a great place for is to stay to take a break from our travel back from Sevierville, NC.

We stayer one night because the weather was so bad. We really enjoyed the night there. The most important thing was the clean room and bath.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was great. We walked a bit but most of the area doesn't have a sidewalk. Lots to do nearby if you're driving, with easy access to the I26.

Very clean hotel in an easy to reach location. There is a free breakfast included with various hot and cold foods to choose from and everything is fresh.

Loved the decor- room and all around the hotel. Bright and cheery. High ceilings in rooms made them seem even more spacious. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Breakfast had lots of selection and plenty of it. Easy access to highway.

Loved almost everything... Toilet lids would be nice for better sanitation when commodes are flushed.... Otherwise really nice 🙂

Very clean and good breakfast choices!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean as well. The only negative I had, but it is a preference issue, is that the bathroom was good size with a tiny shower. I would like to have seen a larger shower. But it was very nice.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Flat Rock during the first week of September 2024 and we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is very well-maintained. It is exceptionally clean, including the carpets. We had no hesitation about letting our toddler go barefoot while in the room because the floors were incredibly clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom includes a tub which is very helpful for families with small children. The staff is also so nice and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and yummy, and we even enjoyed the indoor pool. We love that this hotel is easy to get in and out of and it is nearby to fun activities like apple picking and waterfall hikes. It has become one of our most favorite hotels to stay with our kids because it is so family friendly and most importantly- clean!

Breakfast was good with many options available. Beds were comfy. Facility was clean and rooms were updated.

It’s right where I went too elementry school and it was nice having a view of the area
