Room really smell. Staff very helpful & friendly. Free breakfast a major plus.

Great location. The property was clean. The only bad thing was my toilet kept clogging.

Great area, many restaurants in walking distance. Was great place to stay after a show at the Met. Bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was helpful with any questions we had. The hotel's location is convenient to public transportation and a walkable distance from Reading Terminal Market. We were very comfortable in the room and appreciated the room darkening blinds.

Hotel staff were great! Our room has 3 windows that faced a brick wall. No view at all. The shower was awful. Water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between. Awful. We stayed 3 nights. I understand not getting new sheets or towels, but we got nothing. No fresh cups, coffee or bed made. Nothing. Never had that happen in a hotel. Would not stay again.

In need of a remodel and a good cleaning. Staff was great, but furnishings are work, faded and torn. Floors and surfaces were dirty. It’s a convenient location to many key spots.

Great area!

I had a great stay here. The room had everything I needed - I was shocked to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. This will be on the top of my list of hotels in Philly.

This was a beautiful property in a central location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

I would suggest double pane windows since the outside noise is very loud.

We were Welcomed by Shauna. She was very nice and said that if we needed anything to let her know. She even recommended a pretzel place at the Reading Terminal.

Limited parking and the front desk person was an issue. I had to wait for the front desk person 15 minutes she had disappeared and that was frustrating when I had short time to get myself together for an event.
