The housekeeping staff and room service were excellent and so was the restaurant staff

Liked the view from resort. Also the food was good. Internet was terrible. Attitude of management and In-room service was bad.

It is a good resort to stay there at Mc leod ganj.... rooms are good....staff is friendly.... but need to do something at breakfast.... breakfast is not up to the mark..... overall a nice experience.... one can stay along with family.....

A nice hotel tucked away on the hills. A very good facility with swimming pool and spa. There is a small play area with a snooker table, table tennis. Come prepared to either shell out a premium for hotel charges or get required stuff (food/accessories) beforehand. There are small shops about 2km from the hotel, nothing closer. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for folks looking to spend time away from the crowd. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Excellent location ; good food and service ; the rooms are good..the ones with balcony ; however stench in the toilet initially ; as well as the AC was leaking water . These were the 2 down sides

The hotel is located in serene environment. Best place to stay provided you have a four wheeler with you.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. Tried their best in satisfying guests request and demands. The only area where they need improvement is in their Spa. Though the name indicates a Spa Resort it does fail on this count.
