I loved the location. Also the staff was always attentive and ready to help.

Clean room, nice balcony, and in the heart of the Gran Via shopping area. Helpful and friendly staff. Problem: From about 10 PM to 2 AM, there was night club kind of noise in our room. And then about midnight, it sounded like someone was moving furniture next door or in the restaurant above us. We were on the 9th floor and the restaurant is on the 10th floor. This noise was 3 nights in a row so I think it was coming from the restaurant.

The location is central to Sol, Plaza España. Beautiful, luxury hotel with great staff, service. Fantastic rooftop terrace tapas bar and amazing restaurant with wonderful views of the Gran Via.

Rooms and bathrooms not clean. Only one elevator working. This hotel doesn’t worth the money they ask for. Is not a 5 stars

Very nice hotel , clean , very nice staff

Ideal location if you are in for a few days for a quick Madrid getaway. The location is perfect for staying in a lively area close to few main attractions in Madrid. Our room had a view of the Gran Via which keeps you connected with the heart of Madrid. That does come with the sounds of sirens from the road but otherwise the room is quiet, clean and decent amenities. The terrace has good view, food and vibes. The staff was courteous and friendly. Def recommended.
