Well presented roomy apartment

The bathroom stunk not good

Room had no soap in bathroom or shower. Not re-filled.

Great stay and a really pleasant surprise overall. The apartment was fully equipped, modern, and very well presented. We were allocated a top-floor unit with nice views, which made the stay even better. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and local restaurants, so everything is within easy walking distance. A big bonus was the secure undercover parking included with the apartment at no extra cost, which is not always the case with similar places. That definitely added value to the stay. The only downside was the lack of mid-stay cleaning or at least vacuum cleaner as a part of apartment accessory. The main living area had carpet, and for stays longer than a few days it would be helpful to have at least a quick vacuum or cleaning service. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place — would definitely stay again!

carpet is so old and dirty your feet stick to it - need to wear shoes inside. only one air conditioned bedroom - this is not mentioned in the ad. reception staff are rude and run to their own schedule. nowhere to park to checkin.

Our initial room 303 had a nasty stain in the doona which was replaced. Tiny kitchen, no coffee machine or washing up liquid.

Excellent hotel and clean

Great place 2nd time stay. So close to the beach, lots of nice restaurants.

The Room had a broken microwave and stove. When the team was notified, they didn't do anything about it. When we confirmed a second time something. All lip service. You are expected to leave the room clean, but you are not provided with tea towels or dishwashing liquid. Have stayed in Mooloolaba a lot over the years and never had this issue before. Extremely disappointing.

The room was very clean and spacious! Really comfortable with new decor. Beautiful view over the hinterland from our unit. Reception staff very attentive. Highly recommend.!

Clean room. Closeness to everything

Very clean, plenty of space excellent location and view of the water.

Seabreeze I would recommend very nice very clean so close to the esplanade and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again. It was great. Very impressed.

I booked an ocean view room and was in a room looking back down Brisbane Road (city view). Also the AC was struggling in the main bedroom and since i'm a tradie i opened it up to see the filters disgustlingly full of dust. Yeah not really happy. I would like a refund of the difference between ocean view and city view asap please. Regards Nathan Sixsmith

Location is fantastic but the rooms/facilities need a significant upgrade. The beds, furniture and carpet need to be upgraded - just didn’t feel clean during our stay.
