The location is excellent. It is close to the IC, Alpensia, and Yongpyong. It is convenient to be within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Although the exterior, lobby entrance, and room hallways are a bit messy, the rooms and bedding are clean. Since there were no rooms available on the weekend during the holiday season, I ended up staying one more night instead of heading to Gangneung. Highly recommended for its value for money!!!
