On December 21, I booked a room at Riverside for my girlfriend and I to stay and go see a music concept. Because I had something to do later, my girlfriend came to check in first and took my sister to the room to do makeup and would leave after finishing. At that time, there were only 2 people in the room. When I arrived, the hotel owner said that they would not allow 3 people to stay and if they stayed, they would charge an additional fee. I explained that I would only go up to put away my things for 5 minutes and then go down. The hotel owner kept making things difficult and wanted to charge an additional fee for 3 people while I was only staying with 2 people. I said I would only go up to put away my things and then go down. The hotel owner got mad and threatened me with harsh words, saying that he would let me check out because there were 3 people while I was only staying with 2 people. When my sister came to do makeup with my girlfriend, she was not staying at the hotel. When my sister came back at night, I went back to the hotel. The receptionist and everything at the hotel were fine, but the hotel owner had a very bad attitude and condescending

The hotel is conveniently located for cars, the room is a bit small but comfortable and clean. The color of the curtains is neutral and luxurious. Suitable for the price.
