The property was ideal for our one night stay before visiting Efteling.

Beautiful property, top floor (no lift/elevator... Fine for us but others may struggle). Lovely furniture and toiletries. Contact was great and staff very friendly. We were able to leave our bags at the sister hotel before and after, just 5 min walk at the end of the street

The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon).

Unfortunately, I did NOT stay at this property. I arrived at about 11:00 AM. I could not find a single person to check me in or to greet. I tried to find someone for about 30 minutes but ended up taking a taxi back to the train station and from there, another taxi to another hotel.

Location, location, location. Very nice apartment on the top floor. Good exercise to walk all the stairs, since there is no elevator. We did not use the kitchen, but everything needed for cooking seemed to be available. The bedroom had a king size bed, the couch in the living room became a full size bed. The bathroom was tiny but functional, and was separated from the toilet. The apartment was walking distance to the marketplace, restaurants and shops were literally at the front door. All in all a cute place.

I made a reservation for two friends. The stuff had been rude, calling several times, asking the reason to be there. The idea was then to visit me in my Bday, and we had dinner in my house. My friends had one visitor the day after my dinner, and they ask then to leave, based on the rules of Covid, I guess. They gave then two hours to leave the apartment, instead of explaining that wasn't allowed to receive guests based in the Covid Crisis. They was very rude, my friends left very frustrated. I'm really feeling bad for then, for such a humiliation. The most frustrating situation ever, for me and my friends. The stuff being careful with COVID is completely right, but don't need to be rude as it was. The place is great, that was the reason that I choose that place for then, but the stuff its not dealing well the situation.

This apartment is in the heart of the city with many conveniences, but we were there during some hot days and there was no air conditioner. This place needs some fans. We had to borrow one to be comfortable.

Without a doubt the most disgusting property we have ever experienced. We were supposed to stay 12 days and left after 2. Unfortunately this was pre-paid and now we are having to negotiate with visa concerning a refund. Duke Apartments wantd bank accoun

The Duke is centrally located near the heart of town. The apartment was clean, everything seemed new and well cared for, just like home. Wish we had more time, but we were just passing through.
