The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable.

Breakfast on the 7th floor with a view of Lviv is wonderful.

in overall it was good. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The only discomfort I faced, they transferred me to next hotel they have, Taurus SPA, and this hotel is one star less than what I booked and paid, but this was due to the CoronaVirus situation so I could understand. Anyways, I didn't face any difficulties during my stay. Room was a bit cold, but they provided an additional heater.

Everything wonderful. Only thing uncomfortable was heavy comforter. Too warm on, too cold without. Experienced this all over Europe. US has light sheets to layer as desired.

Clean modern hotel with gracious hosts. The included breakfast was good and the hotel is in a quiet part of town but only a 15 minute walk from city center. Had a payment mix up on check in but it was resolved in an expeditious manner. One of the better places to stay in Lviv.

We.stayed 6 nights at Taurus Hotel and enjoyed every day of it. While not centrally located, it is only a 20 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 stops with frequently running busses from a bus stop 3/4 minutes walk away. The hotel has an excellent restaurant on the top floor. The buffet breakfast is very good and changes every 3rd. day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was always someone with a good command of English. If we ever return to Lviv, we would stay there again.

Location a bit far from city centre, even from the groceries so please keep in mind to find proper transportation. Some of the facilities e.g. gym, spa at different place so 100m outside.

Brand new hotel located easy walking distance away from the old town. Room was super clean, be it on a smaller side of what I am used to in States. Of course can't beat the price! Breakfast was included and plentiful. Cable TV includes CNN international. Great views from the top story restaurant.
