Property was very dirty

Bad cigarette smell on the 4th floor. Hallway rugs smelled bad. Chair in room was worn out..

I dont know how Expedia even consider this homeless shelter a hotel

The only good thing I could say about this property is that the front desk guy was super nice and helpful and that the bathroom was clean. Other than that, the place was pretty bad. Mostly because it was so dirty. The elevator smelled and the had dirty floors, the room had a chair that was filthy, we had to put a blanket over it. There were no plates or utensils even thou it had a full kitchen. There were no pillowcases on our pillows and no ice at this property. Also the hallways were smelly and dirty.

I arrived very tired around 4 after a long drive and just wanted to nap for an hour or two. I checked in and immediately heard loud thumping above my head. I thought it would pass and laid down and listened to it for a full hour straight. I reported it at the desk and was told that the kids that stay there just got home and they would speak to them. I headed out for dinner and arrived back around 6 to continued loud thumping. I alerted the front desk again and they said they would speak to them again. I went to take a shower and noticed that there was trash in the bathroom trash can, hair in the sink and tub, stains on the tub and toilet and crumbs on the floor. There also was no soap or shampoo so AGAIN I went to the front desk to get those things and report AGAIN the loud noise. After another hour I called the front desk to report AGAIN the loud thumping. He apologized and said he would speak to them. I then asked for assistance on hotels.com and was told maybe I should ask the guests to be quiet which is NOT the right thing to do. The loud thumping was 7 hours straight from 4 to 11. Forgot to mention I asked for another room and was told there were none available. I had already paid so had no option but to stay in the dirty and loud room. I have always selected Extended Stay but never this location. I will NOT be returning here ever again. It’s gross and loud and not worth the money saved.

This is the worst stay in my life. I was bitten by bed bugs. The staff were terrible.

The bed was pulled out from the wall and in the middle of the room. It was not made and there were stains all over the mattress. There was an old leather couch in the room that was ripped all over it. There were men walking around the building and tried to approach me and my friend. When I was checking in we were warned about them. I did not even stay in the room. I got our stuff and left. There was no staff at the desk to speak to about anything.

Our room was discussing, we walked in and saw a really big arem Chair ( sofa) with the material ripped off and all the foam showing dirty and nasty.We tried to ignore it,but after 3 hrs we checked out. No refund, No apology, just business as usual. Will never stay at an extended stay hotel again. I probably won't be using Hotels com again either

Condition of sofa and sofa mattress were terrible. Mattress had lots of stains. Found few cockroaches too.

Clean comfortable sheets. Beds comfy by no mattress pads. Seemed run down, Hallway carpets dingy.

I checked in and the rim was absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, the chair was ripped and gross, cabinet fronts were broken off and missing. Immediately turned around and asked the front desk for a refund. They claimed hotels.com had to refund me. Hotels.com claimed that the hotel had to refund me since i chose "reserve now pay at hotel". Neither multi million dollar company gave me my money back and I used a different app to book a different hotel.

I already complained about this property to the Expedia agent via text on Sat 3/30. The stay was bad enough that I asked for a refund. I have not heard back after my initial complaint. I am still requesting a refund. Please let me know the status on that. Thank you.

Check in/ out staff was nice and it was super quick. The hallways smelled on each floor.. when we stepped out of the elevator trash was all over the opening. Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned you could see dust and chunks of dirt under the bed. There was hair in the shower, mold on the curtain, and when turning on the shower head, it’s not screwed on properly so shoots water up to the ceiling, which splashes all over- had to cover with wash cloth to stop. I stayed here before when it first opened and it was fine. Better than how it was this time around… it’s very loud and not a great experience for only a night.

Place was filthy. Hallways were littered with garbage and all the floors were sticky.
