Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spotless and was a very good size, the Leandra who checked us in was amazing so friendly and gave us a 5 minute run down on everything to see in Porto.

The room was very clean and the room looked the same as the photos. The location was good and the small bottle of wine was nice. The lady that helped us check in came to our room, put on the tv and showed us the heat controls. But after check in we never saw her again and nobody was at the front desk.

The location was very convenient, with a metro station, restaurants, grocery stores, and a major shopping street within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations.for places to eat. One of their recommendations to go to praca da poveiros which has several restaurants was useful more than once and our favorite was Ribeiros. The property was very clean and modern.

We had a very nice stay at Almada Wine house. It is in a very good location close.to restaurants and to the train stations. Our flight arrived early and they accommodated us as soon as it was possible. Leandra helped us get settled comfortably and made recommendations where to go andwhat to do. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Everything was great, but my room on the ground floor had some noise from outside, which slightly affected my sleep quality.

Beautiful and conveniently located hotel. Nice staff at check in. Very nice room. Weird quirks to the room though. The toilet randomly started loudly running water for 10 minutes in the middle of the night (like continuous flushing), but finally it stopped. The fan on the bathroom automatically comes on with the bathroom lights and had a very loud and high pitched squeaking issue as it ran. It would be far preferred to have the fan on a separate switch, as going to the bathroom in the middle of the night woke others up easily. There also wasn't anyone at checkout, which is fine if you just leave your keys in the bin as instructed et check in, but we had hoped to leave our luggage with someone for a bit. Overall really nice hotel.

Loved the location. You can easily walk to a lot of major place. So clean, and everything you need is in the room.

On our recent stayed at Almada Wine House, we were very happy. Our unit is on ground floor, this building is not busy. Front staff was very welcoming. The unit came with a small bottle of welcoming port wine, coffee machine in the room along with bottles water which was very helpful with the hot weather. Nice and modernized fully equipped kitchen plus big dining area. Sleeping areas are perfect too. I took away one star because the washroom need to work on it. Water were leaking with the shower door so after your shower water was soaking outside the stall. Secondly, the washroom door was hard to close, you need two people to close the door. We loved the nearby eatery like some good breakfast place nearby. One more thing need to improve is the front desk because when you need extra toilet paper there is no one out there. But overall we definitely stay here again.

The almata hotel it was definitely clean, spacious. It had a studio filled to it. Fully workable, kitchen, closely located to everything. The price was awesome. I believe mainly because there's nobody really at the front desk. They're there when you first check-in, they're extremely helpful. After that, you really don't need them. You come and go-as-you-please. It's like having a mini apartment. Definitely located to everything closely to all restaurants, markets, shopping. Anything you want to do any excursions? It's located, I'm close to those as well. My friends and I and my husband had a really great time and enjoyed our stay.There would definitely do it again

Great hotel in the heart of Porto. Perfect location for exploring Porto on foot, staff is very friendly and the rooms are amazing. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 year old son. I specifically looked for a property with a kitchen, a crib, and a hotel that was walkable to many places. This had everything we needed, the room was very spacious, and there were grocery stores close by to keep our son’s food on hand. I absolutely recommend this place for families. The only negative I will mention is that the beds were very firm and a little too hard for our liking. So, just keep that in mind.

Great location. Kind staff at the front desk. Free bottle of port was provided upon arrival. Some water damage on the ceiling in the shower, and water damage on the counter area around the bathroom sink. Otherwise a lovely room.

Goncalvo was a terrific city guide and gave us a lot of good recommendations for sightseeing and was an excellent host. For our next visit we will stay here again also because of the central location.

The staff were awesome and very helpful...even getting us a cab back when we were off site. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again when i am back in Porto
