We were greeted by the host of the condo and he's very friendly , and the apartment we're so cleaned.

Great views. Feels like you’re in a ship with the decor that’s there. Host was awesome. The area is close by to many restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay but not exactly as we expected or see in the picture. The place us kind if far from everything and mit an easy access in the shopping mall and etc walking. You need to take a taxi. Overall it is clean and the host was great in communicating of what is needed.

We had a great stay in the corner unit at la Mirada Residences! The view from the bedroom was amazing. Appreciated the full sized bed, Air conditioning was crisp, and water jug was a nice plus! Kitchenette perfect for our needs and dining area for stay in meals. Would recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen and dining room, I booked a 2 BDR condo with view at the bay. Reception and check-in is personnalize. We loved that the manager is waiting for us at the lobby to show us the condo and services/tours available. Would recommend ++

Very nice appt. With 2 bedrooms, one with panoramic ocean view. Living room with large TV Netflix, Youtube Full kitchen La Mirada is at walking distance to the beach, LG garden walk with many restaurants and Mactan Newtown. Thank you the manager of la Mirada Condo is very helpful and nice. We all have a very good vacation!

The towels could be better material & they didn't smell good. No reception service 24 hours for emergency cases. The tour guide in Pandanon didn't instruct us to look for the sandbar.

Owner welcomed us personally and gave us a tour of the unit. Gave us tips and tricks for meals, where to go for groceries, beach day access, etc.

The view is amazing, clean place, the host is helpful

The room was great and the staff was nice. We really enjoyed the view looking out over the ocean from the 14th floor. Roland was great helping us get situated and set us up for our island hop to explore Bohol. Also, it was really close to Mactan NewTown which was Awesome.! It was the perfect place to host a family gathering. We plan to go back next year.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property’s breathtaking view and the exquisite decor which far exceeded our expectations. Among the Hotels and Condotels we’ve stayed at, this ONE stands out as one of the BEST. We would definitely stay here again. Roland’s communication skills are excellent and Thomas is a distinctive Character are awesome.
