Overall service was good. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned; there was some mold on the wall. The location is the best.

Nice location and cleaning but they gave me the neighbor view small room while I chose and paid more for a big city view room. In the second day, my friend suddenly visited and made reservation at the hotel, and they provided a city view room with high price.

I asked for 2 single beds room bit the hotel ignore the request! And put us with double rooms and couldn't do anything to solve problems. Very strict in term of check out hour! We paid 50% to stay till 5 pm and asked if we could stay till 6 pm! They ask for full payment first and after I complain they start checking if we could stay for 1 more hour!

The room is good but I paid an extra USD 10 for my son and they did not provide an extra mattress.

The hotel is near the center of the old town, cute decorated room. The receptionists and bells are very friendly and enthusiastic.

This hotel is not 4 star, maximum a 3 star if I am an extremely generous person! Must change it to its authentic level! Do not fool client pls! I booked a city view delux room but they delivered a NO view and said that this was the only available one and had no solution! 🤣

Good location, nice decor, friendly & helpful staff.

It seems the hotel lady doesn't like giving guests the piano in the lobby!
