This apartment was in a quiet, excellent location one street away from lots of restaurants, 6 min walk to bakery, 6 min walk to nearest station (Ferenciek Tere). Beware that M3 (metro line 3) has lots of renovation work being done and is closed on weekends, and part of the line (including Nepliget train and bus station) has replacement buses all the time. The lack of air conditioning made our stay quite uncomfortable during recent hot weather, and the bed sags and needs to be replaced. We did have a floor fan, which worked overtime! Everything else was fine.

Not enough information about the apartment and the services (none) provided. No cleaning services -3 nights - provided but a not announced €15 cleaning fee charged at the end. No toiletries, no towels changed. No hair dryer, no air conditioning. No water on the last day. Good location though, close to the city centre but quite neighbourhood.

Great location, excellent wifi, well-equipped with kitchen and washing machine, but poor lighting in bathroom and no wall bracket for handheld shower. Property manager Thomas was excellent to deal with.

It’s a good place in nice location. We didn’t realize that it’s a bathtub and does not have shower curtain. I have never come across only bathtub and no shower curtain in my backpacking trip to 12 countries in Europe. It’s inconvenient to take shower without shower curtain for 5 days. When I mentioned this to the property manager, he responded with “it’s a bathtub, not standing shower, hence no shower curtain”. We were not given bath mat or hand towels for 5 days stay. Property manager was going to drop it later on the check-in day, but he never did (probably due to shower curtain comment). I’d have expected more professional behavior from the property manager.
