Stayed here as a family of four (2 rooms) before a morning flight and it was such an easy way to end a long trip. The hotel restaurant is actually VERY good and the hotel breakfast is great. Short Uber ride to the airport and also on a local train line. Convenient, clean, and quiet.

Spent the nite. Staff in the hotel were great. Good place within 7 km of the airport. Restawrant on premises not prepared. We stopped in hungry and we’re told that although they were open only pizza was available but then said that they had no pizza dough. We ordered a beer which was great and pizza dough was now available and it turned out to be a good pizza. Wish they had a full menu.

I didn’t get the access codes beforehand, but called reception which works 24/7 and received it via sms. The room was nice, clean. Water bottle, etc. for a short night by the airport - very good. Train station very close by. Convenient

Nice hotel for 1-2 nights with parking included (which was not an easy find in Krakow). The stuff is nice and very friendly and helpful!!!

Great location outside of Krakow near train station to Airport or Old Town; great for dogs! First off, check-in was easy. We arrived late and they texted us a door code and our room was open with one key. Simple and easy. No need to fill out forms. The hotel and rooms are outdated and there is no name of the hotel on the outside, only street number. There is a great garden, play area for kids, picnic tables and restaurant next door. For dogs, bicyles, runners there is a long walking path behind the hotel. Beeakfast is not good. Eggs were rubbery, not much to offer in fruit or other items. Basic european breakfast but not fresh. The room we had was ok. Basic but had an extra bed which had broken base taped together with duct tape. Regular bed was comfortable with clean sheets. One block from train to Old Town, only 4 stops, 17 minutes total time. We would stay again for convenience…but eat elsewhere.

The Hotel Zakliki would be good for a longer stay, not just for a night before a flight. The staff were very helpful because I had awkward arrival and departure times. Emails were answered immediately, which enabled me to plan accordingly. The room was very nicely appointed with water bottles. The large bathroom area was finished in wood, which made it pleasant on the feet during the night. One small thing was that the room was quite warm, but I probably incorrectly manipulated the air conditioning.

Well we were only staying over night leaving early morning. The staff member a young man was fantastic he was so friendly and saw to all our needs. The hotel was 4 mins walk from rail station . Our room was clean with a very nice bathroom.. They had water and everything you needed to make tea or coffee. There is also a small kitchen which we did not use. But nice to know it was there. The village is 6 mins down the road. We would recommen this hotel . Its 30 mins to the city.

Great service at reception but our towels were not changed in the 3 nights we stayed. The breakfast on offer was catered for the locals only, it included cereal and pickled gherkin but no fruit.

Oldukça sık seyahat eden birisi olarak memnun kaldım. Otel şehrin kalabalığından uzak sessiz ve sakin bir lokasyonda. Merkez tren istasyonundan taksiyle 15 dk, taksi sadece 2-3 €. Sabah erken uçacağım ve Havalimanına sadece 10 dk olduğu için tercih ettim. Fiyat kalite dengesi iyi, otelin altında güzel bir restoran var, 4-5 dk mesafede market var. Oda temizdi. İyi konaklamalar.

English is not that good depending who you have to discuss to, but they all make efforts and they all help. A great and friendly team, good breakfast and the restaurant attached to the hotel is really good. a nice stay and I'll keep this on in my favorits

Je suis arrivé un dimanche , et pas de service , j'ai du attendre un certain temps avant que par téléphone la responsable me confirme ma chambre. Ce lui que était 'a la réception ne parle que le polonais et pas autre langue ni anglais La chambre était propre vu dur un jardin mais simple. Le lendemain je pu communiquerai pour le petit déjeuné servi dans la chambre bon et abondant . Les jeunes employées du lundi comprenait l'anglas certainement en semaine doit etre plus facile pour les etrangers
