The place is amazing the ambiance is wow and the weather is just perfect. The staff are very friendly. It would take a 5 stars if the food was much better but compared to the price i think it was fair average

Disastrous experience at le Maillon Café!! Ambience: 4The only nice thing about the Maillon Café Broumana is its cool and nice ambiance. Food: 1.I tried their specialty dish "the Ronny's Under Brick".. God what an awful taste! The two tiny chicken breasts were stone hard and cold - I guess they took the Brick part of the dish name a bit too seriously - and the sauce is nothing out of the ordinary, the portion is a joke! I also tried their "Chicken Avocado Baguette" and almost threw up right away. This sorry excuse of a sandwich doesn't even come with Avocado inside we had to order the Avocados separately on the side, the baguette is at least 2 days old I've tried rotten cheese fresher than their baguette! Service: 1.What service? Lol! The only good service you'll get a Le Maillon Café Broumana is the Shisha service. We were begging for their attention, apparently, at Le Maillon Café Broumana you have to specifically ask for your cutlery. We were celebrating our friend's birthday, at the end of our evening the waiter came and suggested that whenever we wanted the cake served we had to tell him 10 mins in advance so that he can come and clean up the table, and so we did! I personally called out on the very same waiter and told him that we were ready for our cake! The waiter brings the cake, without cleaning up nor tidying the tables (just imagine the holocaust, we were 27 people) without even having the common sense of lighting up the candles, he lays the cake on the table where WE made space for it and lit the candles. What a mockery!

Very cosy hotel, super nice place. During the summer u can enjoy it's pool as well as the food by Le Maillon, and sushi by Ichiban
