Very good service, clean accommodation, friendly, cheap price

Being good, cool, clean, close to tourist attractions, restaurants

perfect for low key parties, at least for the fan rooms downstairs. it's on a noisy street at night, but I've slept through Burning Man, so I'm fine. if you like that party vibe, this is a great place to sleep. the best part is they have a great restaurant and chill space. lots of nice touches. not good if you can't sleep through a thumping bass next door.
