This was our second stay. We enjoyed it except for the shower temperature that was uncontrollable. The staff were very nice and the environment was excellent.

There was an extremely rude person working the counter at the Perks store. It was embarrassing to see how rude she was to an older female guest as well as me.

Excellent pool

Staff along with security were very helpful. The hotel was hard to navigate but after yapping to the security I found the main hotel entrance. Arrived for a late check in, very easy process, room was clean, bathroom clean, would book again. I give it 4 and a half booms 💥

Our stay was amazing. My kids enjoyed the pool.

Excellent Stay

There isn't anywhere in the entire facility you can go to get a beverage or food if you have a pet, you have to drive somewhere which is not convenient. Also the pet area is not maintained, there were dog feces everywhere.

Noisy hotel - people were talking loudly in the hallway every night. The shower had only cold water on the first day. This may have been because too many guests had already used the hot water supply before us.

I slept so well, the environment was inviting, clean & cozy!

Great all around. Nice selection of restaurants and hours of availability. The property is impeccable - inside and out. Lovely walk around the property every day. Nice coffee from the Starbucks each morning. Astonishing water pressure in the shower. And the most comfortable bed ever!

Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick! Definitely will stay here again!
