All the staff from reception to bar/restaurant were excellent very helpful. Lovely modern rooms. Would of been nice to have a private area on beach with sunbeds

My stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a minor issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, just one direct bus from the airport for only €3, making it very easy to reach. It’s also conveniently close to the marina and well-connected by public transport, so getting around the island was simple. A lovely surprise during my stay was receiving complimentary caviar for my birthday such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. After checkout, the hotel kindly stored our bags for several hours until we were ready to leave, which made our last day much more relaxed and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. I must mention again just how classy and beautiful the hotel is, and the lobby is kept in immaculate condition. My son thoroughly enjoyed the free table tennis and it kept us both occupied during breaks from the pool. The breakfast option is good value for money, although we never had a chance to dine at the restaurant.

Overall our stay was lovely, hotel was very nice and staff super friendly. One thing stopped me giving it 5 stars on everything was that on our last morning, after paying extra for breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant 5 mins before it was due to close but was refused admission!!! Bearing in mind it is a buffet style breakfast, so we weren't expecting fresh food to be cooked just for us, we had no option but to find a local restaurant and pay again for breakfast.

Gran hotel, alejado de las zonas de ruido de San Antonio - Ibiza. Es un lugar para desconectarte y descansar. La atención de las chicas de recepción es insuperable. Ojalá el resto del personal aprenda de ellas, como por ejemplo las mucamas y el personal del restaurante/desayuno, que son poco amables y cero empáticas, por ellas, no le doy la máxima puntuación al hotel. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, nos encantó que tiene todo por separado, la ducha, el inodoro y el lavamanos. Además en nuestro caso incluía un mini patio grandioso. Destaco también el desayuno que brindan, es súper variado, el mejor que me comí en todo mi eurotrip. Si vuelvo a Ibiza, sin duda alguna me hospedo de nuevo acá.

Check in was fine. We had a 3rd person and they charged an additional 500Euro for 4 nights to make the single pullout bed that barely fit in the small room extended once our luggage was placed. The beds were hard as a rock. Cleaner came once during the whole stay… the bathroom sink is in the room as in not in a separate room - the toilet and shower are glass and was extremely unprivate especially given the large space between the door and wall. Could even hear a point drop. Breakfast and dinner was very standard. Some of the beach chairs were ripped. Notably this side of the island is horrendous - filled with street people pushing drugs…

Great hotel. Quiet in the rooms at night. Pool is spacious with a pool bar. Parking is an issue so make sure to book ahead. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Great stay!!

Very clean hotel. Well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was immaculate. Drinks reasonably priced although cocktails at €15 could be better. Food reasonable approx €10-15 for typical salad : club sandwich and fries etc at lunch time. Breakfast was typical of 4* hotel, good selection and spacious. Hot food was slightly warm at best though, this does need improvement. We had a sea view room which was very nice, large comfortable bed, well equipped and quality shower.

A very nice beach resort with good pool amenities. Parking has to be booked in advance, even off season, to ensure a spot. The gym equipment and space merits upgrade. The breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh and a good variety of options. The poolside bar is fun and the staff friendly.

The hotel is really quite nice, and 2 lovely swim pools, staff very friendly, spa good, and the setting in gardens surrounded by tress and view of the sea great. But the proximity to San Antonio means frequented by the Brits abroad low quality tourists after beer, chips and burgers who sadly ruined the ambience of the place for me.....foul language around the swimming pool, hideous tattoos and bellies displayed and the immediate area around the hotel, scrappy, pizza/chips shops, etc. Not sure what I expected. If you could pick the hotel up and move to Ibiza Town, away from the football shirts it would be worth it. Sadly, would not recommend.

Very impressive hotel from the moment you walk into reception. Large pool area with full bar service and food-great atmosphere with varied music to suit all. All the staff were very helpful and friendly- breakfast had plenty choice. Will definitely rebook.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon Ibiza trip! We noted this in our booking and I believe they upgraded our room(yay!) We did not have all inclusive and happy we did not, the buffet looked very subpar and the hotel wasn’t really one to drink a lot and go crazy at. 😅 Overall though, I was super happy with the place. Decor was nice and very clean with boho Mediterranean touches. We went to the spa and I got Hydration facial while husband got Relaxing Massage, he wished he got Deep Tissue instead. Keep in mind hotel is delegate from spa, cannot charge room so you must bring $$. Our room was cleaned and serviced daily, needed extra towels each day though. Some extra activities onsite would be a nice addition. Or games, etc but that really wasn’t the vibe of the place. Location was great. At first we thought maybe too far from most of Ibiza clubs and fun, but very happy we stayed at a little quieter place and could go to louder areas if we wanted. George peppermint cafe right outside the place for pizza/gyros/etc and convenience stores to buy alcohol and snacks. 10 minute walk to some other spots, Cool Cafe for smoothies and toasts. Very close beach access but not the most amazing beach, just sand/water that’s it. We were very happy with our stay -thank you!

We had a great stay at this resort. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is a little bit out of the way to the main strip but we knew that before we booked. The resort was absolutely beautiful and had countless amenities. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Sant Antoni!

Impressed with the evening food options, main course ordered and cooked fresh rather than buffet style, with different options every evening. Beer and soft drinks on tap also
