Recommended for those staying in Narita. There's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. There's a Family Mart inside the hotel, so you don't have to go out to buy food. The room wasn't cramped, and the bathroom was large. Overall, good.

Very satisfied, the hotel room is clean, there is a Family Mart in the lobby so you don't have to leave the hotel just to buy snacks, there is shuttle bus access to Narita airport as well as to the city center and station.

The staffs are very good. They returned the passports that customers forgot. The services are complete. The accommodation is excellent. There is an airport shuttle, Aeon, Narita Station.

We stayed for 1 night before flight back to our home country. Staffs are very friendly. We can deliver our luggage from another hotel in Tokyo and kept them for 5 days, since we went to Osaka before we stay here. Shuttle bus to and from hotel and airport is very convenient, easy to access, and very ontime. Kombini store at lobby also very good so we didn't need to go outside for food.
