The hotel is near the train station and the market. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent.

The accommodation is clean, and there's a lounge that closes around 11 pm where you can have coffee and soft drinks. Amenities like DHC facial cleansers are available. The location is excellent, right across from the Ameyoko market.

Will definitely choose this hotel again if I go to Tokyo, the location is very strategic, close to Ameyokocho, from JR Ueno, Ginza and Hibiya stations is also very close, basically very satisfied staying at Koko Hotel

Close to Ameyoko market, Ueno & Okachimachi station. Staff helpful, you can drop your luggage before check-in and after checkout. Has guest lounge but closes at 11 PM.

The location is close to JR and Metro Ueno stations and trains to Narita Airport. It's close to Ueno Market and shopping, and 1 km to Akihabara. It's very convenient, with a large supermarket nearby.

The stay was wonderful. Close to ammenities and lots of restaurants nearby. A small hotel but still comfortable. Don’t expect a big room and spacious room, the room is enough to sleep and take shower. Staff was friendly as well

No matter how many times I stay here, I am never disappointed with Hotel Wing International Select Ueno Okachimachi. The staffs are very good. On the 2nd floor, there is free drinking water. The ice is very delicious. And most importantly, there is a hair clip. It's very good.

This hotel has a small room with amenities and facilities good enough. The location is near Ueno Metro Station (Hibiya Line). You can get off at Ueno Station if you are landing at Narita or Haneda Airport. If you are Moslem, you can find Toribushi Halal Ramen near the hotel. Recommended Hotel 👍🏻

The stay was good as it [was] walking distance from Ueno, room size was good, and the bathroom [was] rather big compared to other hotels in Japan in its price range. Amenities provided [were] good, [with] free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in [the] lobby to get you [started] or end your day, [we] really enjoy[ed] it during our visit in the cold weather. But the bathroom was leaking, [with] water com[ing] out from the floor.

Perfect for family leisure or business trip. It's so close to Ueno JR, Metro, and Keisei stations. Various restaurants and bars are open until the morning, and a couple of 711s and Lawsons are just around the corner.

Had the best place to stay. Great location, great facilities, clean and friendly staff. Very recommended if you want to stay in Tokyo.

There was a lot of dust on the kettle (it looked like it hadn't been cleaned yet) and the bathroom had a sewer smell coming out even though the ventilation was on.

Harganya yang relatif terjangkau dan lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Stasiun Ueno dan tempat belanja. Ukuran kamar sempit. Masih ada spce sedikit untuk buka koper sih, tapi masih lumayan sih. Karena rata-rata ukuran kamar hotel di Tokyo emang sempit. Secara keseluruhan cukup nyaman.
