Spa was amazing. Not much to do in the area unless that’s what your looking for

Very good if you like to telax away from city center

Our stay was amazing! My friends and I were worried about public bathing but after one of us went the rest followed and it was surreal. The facilities were vast and the people were kind. Next time I'm in Japan I'm definitely going to be coming back.

My big problem was the check out at 11, because someone called my room at 10:30 and was really annoying like I was staying passed the checkout time. If 11 am is too late, juste make it 10 oficially! Charming view and location

スパはいいと思います。 コンピューターを使って仕事をできるスペースが3席しかないです。食事をしたり リラックスするエリアは数倍 広く、 いっぱいになることはないようなので、その辺 改善してもらえると私はありがたいです。

所沢駅すぐ横の便利な立地。趣向を凝らした大浴場は真夜中の清掃なので、それ以外はいつでも利用可能。個室には引き出せる机、換気扇、鍵付きロッカーが備わっている。Wi-Fiはスピードも十分。ビジネス用のラウンジ席が３つ用意されているが、日中は使用希望者が多く座れないことも。レストランのランチは税込み千円で内容も良い。レストランの席は食事をしなくても使用可能でマンガがたくさん用意されている。空調は少し強めだった。

部屋が空いていたようですが、隣の方のいびきで寝れませんでした。配置を工夫して頂きたかったです。

子供が利用しましたが、駅近にあってわかりやすいとのことでした。お値段もお手頃で、また宿泊したいと思います。

施設も綺麗でライブでの利用だったが、ベルーナドームからも、程よく近く、ご飯も美味しかったので良かったです
