スタッフの方が親切。ゲストの予定に臨機応変に対応いただけるので助かります。 シャワールームだけなんとかしていただければ言うことなしです。

The hotel is about 10-min walk from the city center. If I take the coastal trail, it would be 15-min. It is very nice that the hotel provides free transportation from and to the airport. For the price, I would also rate their breakfast very good. There are three issues of my stay: 1. A minor one - the bed is too soft. 2. A medium one - the phone to the outside (local calls) is not working. The phone to the front desk takes a LONG time to answer and it is likely no answer. 3. I had a problem with the safety lock. The hotel staff does not know how to help. The noise caused a neighbor to come and help solve the problem. It is strange (and unacceptable) that the staff does not know how to use the safety lock. By the way, I am fluent in Mandarin so it is not a communication issue.

Very helpful staff, hotel is a good value.

This lovely hotel has friendly and helpful staffs who made my family vacation very memorable and delightful!

本次住宿令人十分不愉快，本預訂住8天後來覺得無法再忍受便提前退房： 1.服務櫃檯人員態度不有善，2.房務做的很差，毛巾都常是半乾，打開後有毛髮沾留在上面 3.我們用後的杯子沒有清洗直接放在茶盤中 4.鞋子也沒整理放好 5.早餐菜色不佳，菜都是冷的沒有開啟保溫設備，向櫃檯反應2天都沒改善，我們就自行出外購買早餐。這樣住宿服務真是十分糟糕，明明有停車位可以供住宿房客使用，櫃檯人員卻一直要我們去停其他地區當我們提出要提前退房時櫃台人員十分不友善，以後有機會也不會再入住，同時也不會推薦親友入住，奉勸日後有意入住旅客要審慎考量，這家真的是糟糕透了。

早餐非常好吃，每天菜色些許不一樣，但選擇豐富，房間乾淨舒適。飯店位置距離花火節和和泳渡會場很近很方便，步行可到馬公鬧區，飯店停車方便。

人員熱情和善，房間寬敞舒適，旁邊跟路口出去就有燒烤店，飯店早餐中西式選擇多，是歷來住過眾多飯店中，早餐最豐盛的。

早餐好吃

價格親民，設施簡單、乾淨，並且都安裝好（床、電話等都被固定），很安全。 每天都在澎湖玩得很玩才回到飯店休息，床很軟。 早餐很好吃，吃了三天不會膩。很推薦的一家旅館。
