This experience honestly made me realize why big hotel brand names matter so much. Standards, professionalism, and guest care make all the difference. Very disappointing experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. I booked this stay for my wife and son expecting comfort, professionalism, and hospitality, but the experience was far from it. For a hotel that claims luxury standards, the customer service was extremely disappointing. A true 5-star hotel is not just about fancy rooms; it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this place failed badly in that aspect. Paying around ₹12,000 per night for this level of service was honestly shocking. Even small streetside hotels know how to treat guests with more respect and professionalism. Would not recommend if you expect genuine hospitality and respectful service.

Temu version of a 5-star stay. I booked this place for my wife and son, and since my daughter was staying at the hostel next to the property, she stayed with them for one night. Paying extra was never the problem, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing and completely unprofessional. A receptionist named Neha called them around 9 PM to demand extra payment because my daughter was staying there. Calling guests late at night over something that could easily be discussed politely during check-out is just poor hospitality. It felt less like customer service and more like harassment over a small issue. For a place trying to present itself as “5-star,” the professionalism, communication, and guest handling were nowhere close. Definitely more Temu luxury than actual luxury.

Great location near the airport, wonderful staff and the restaurant on the property has good food. The rooms are spacious and the views from the property are peaceful.

Very pleasant staff and comfortable room accommodations. Gym and Spa were great also (had a massage that was wonderful).

It was noisy all night, may be some construction going on. There was no hot water in shower. Shower screen didn’t work.

The first night dinner buffet was a fiasco, with staff scrambling to fill the food area. Also no napkins, uncleaned place mats. It was strange. AFTER that, however, the hotel was perfect in every way. And man, do they keep that place clean! The staff were also very friendly! I'd definitely go back. Oh, and the outdoor pool is huge!

THe rooms were poorly finished. One Restaurant, one bar, one Spa/Gym was all that it had. Not meeting 5* amenities requirements. Exposed wiring in the bathroom near the shower. WiFi broken in the room. Wa asked to share neighbouring room’s.

Internet and AC issues. Otherwise excellent!!!

Property doesn’t accept international debit cards (visa). Wanted me to pay cash. There was a very loud wedding party. Couldn’t sleep all night because of their blaring music. The power kept tripping and kept resetting the AC temperatures every time it tripped and hence cause me to wake up multiple times at night shivering in cold.

Good hotel, remote and quiet location.

Comfortable rooms, good meeting space. A bit out from the city, but convenient to airport, and good for staying focused on meetings.
