On my arrival I was made very welcome. Staff very courteous. Nice reception area. Clean and tidy. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds good bathrooms facilities. Good housekeeping provided. Close bars and restaurants. Greahousekeeping tidytosizrooms. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Great modern room and very clean, the only downside is it's located really close to Coco Bongo so there's noise at night. Would most definitely stay again though...

It’s a mid range hotel at best. No real pool scene or real amenities. Rooms are basic. Staff is very nice and helpful. Staying here gets you access to other hotels too. Price is good. Missing some basic things like a soap dish. Very well Located near Coco Bongo. Construction going on next door and it’s quite loud.

Room was unbearably noisy at night well into 4:00am. Ceiling leaked a full night. Shower soap was never refilled and not enough towels to use for shower & hands. Windows were dirty due to broken seals.

We only stayed one night, but it was great. If we had anything wrong with the room, They fixed it right away.

we liked how modern it was and clean. it was also in a great loacation right in front of coco bongo so if ur ok with noise at night then no problem. when we got there we didnt have a fridge so we had to wait for the next day for them to install it and by the time we got back to the hotel the next day at night it was installed but not plugged in lol. we were never able to figure out our safe situation since we were having problems with it but its fine. everything else was great

one of the nicest inexpensive hotels that found in Playa del Carmen. and the staff is very nice

No Parking!!! Site says there is free parking , but there is not. You have to try and park on the street which is super crowded and have to pay for it, or have to park in a lot which you also have to pay for. Nothing crazy, but not free. Room was amazing though, super clean and nice. Close to everything, workers there were friendly and helpful just didn’t speak English.

The hotel Had no outside signage making it very difficult to find. The check in clerk need some Customer skills training . Staff was helpful Large room with 2 double beds .

We had a short stay before flying out of Tulum. Location is awesome very short walk to 5th avenue but far enough to not be super noisy. Room was good size with 2 big beds. Bathroom was good sized too Japanese restaurant below was great too. Pool / rooftop was bit of a letdown. Pool needs maintenance and there is no shade over pool or lounges so way too hot to hang out for more than a few minutes. Would recommend if just want a room and don’t need a pool or breakfast.

I booked this hotel because it stated breakfast was included with the booking when i checked in i was told it was not included. that i would have to go to the restaurant and ask which was down the street at another hotel. the next morning i went and they told me i would not be getting my breakfast included with my stay. they told me i would have to call Expedia and work it out with them. very disappointing

Room was big and very comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, and we really like the keyless entry.

Good location, room had a bit of a sewage odour intermittenly. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Hotel hallways a little on the dark side. Ok for the price.

Great location 1 block from the beach and right in the best spot for shopping and eating!! I would stay there again. It was a great find and a great value! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
