The property itself was located in a very convenient area that made it easy to explore, and had some great restaurant options in close proximity to where we stayed, though it is a city and it looks like a city. our host Alessandro could not have been better. He took care of everything for us, including arranging our parking in the traffic restricted area. He was a fun, informative host.

This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything.

Really nice and welcoming guest. Easy check-in with ultra-clear instructions. Nice patio on the roof. The room is cozy. I would recommend this if you want to stay in Centrale Palermo.

Great breakfast with talented host

We stayed for 3 nights with our 4 year old and had a wonderful trip. Great location. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained and lots of variety at breakfast too. What was most appreciated was the host Alessandro who went above and beyond for us, from the videos of how to access the property, to recommendations to his thought for our 4 year old and even sorting our transfer for our next hotel in another town! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Palermo. Only warning is if you have a child with a buggy or have more limited mobility getting up the stairs may be a little tricky

Great host, very helpful with detailed instructions to access the apartment. The lodging itself is excellent, but anyone with issues climbing stairs should know in advance this would be a problem. Don't let the area around the entrance discourage you because the B & B is lovely. The breakfast was terrific as well.

The appartment is excellently located with everything you need with on meters - Lidl, bus stop, bars, restaurants. Alessandro, the host was amazingly friendly and all the instructions to find the apartment were easy to follow. Breakfast was great! The orange cake is a must we a smothering of the homemade jam. The roof terrace was an amazing place for breakfast, so relaxing and enjoyable.

Perfect host who was extremely helpful, location close to everything

We stayed one night at this very nice B&B near the train station. Alessandro, our host, was wonderful -- have is great suggestions for dining, and even arranged for our transportation from the airport. Breakfast was very good. We would certainly stay here again.

Alexandro is an amazing host. Friendly, accommodating, wealth of knowledge, caters for dietary needs, goes out of his way to make your time with him perfecto! Room great. A bit of night noise but this is the central city. Can't recommend him and quattro incanti highly enough. Namaste.

Alessandro is Avery welcoming and helpful host. The rooms are beautifully renovated and close to ahappening area of town. Excellent.

Quattro Incanti proved to be an excellent place to stay. It is very convenient for the railway and bus stations (we arrived by direct coach from Catania Airport) and close to the main sites. Getting around was also facilitated by the free bus that serves the main tourist areas; there is a stop only a few metres from the B & B. The only problem was finding the place initially. The 'Via Piccala del Teatro' appears to be the only street off Via Roma that is not clearly signed. There is also as yet no very clear sign/plaque indicating the B & B on the building door, only the doorbell. The problem, according to the proprietor Alessandro, is bureaucracy and will be solved as soon as possible. Guests therefore have to prepare well with maps etc. but should definitely not be put off (see below). Once inside the building there are two staircases to climb. Alessandro helped with the cases, the first of many instances when he proved extremely helpful with information about what to see and restaurant recommendations (all within reasonably easy reach). The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cereals, bread, croissants, home-made jams and, not least, delicious cakes and biscuits made by A's mother-in-law. In conclusion, we can highly recommend both the B & B and Palermo. Potential visitors should not be put off by stereotyped views of the city and Sicily; even the traffic can be coped with; as pedestrians, we certainly felt it was less unpredictable than in Naples.

Un posto meraviglioso! L’ingresso del palazzo può spaventare un po’, ma all’interno della struttura tutto è perfetto: camere bellissime, pulitissime e rinnovate con cura. Anche le aree comuni sono impeccabili. La colazione è deliziosa e viene servita su una terrazza splendida, davvero un angolo speciale dove iniziare la giornata. Un grazie speciale ad Alessandro per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità! Attenzione però: la struttura non è adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie, perché si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore — una situazione frequente nei palazzi storici del centro di Palermo.

Excellent location in old part of Palermo. Nice room with all required facilities . Roof top terrasse has an amazing view. Host - Alessandro was very helpfulp and provided essential information about the area and what to do making your stay in Palermo comfortable.
