Difficult to be understood by staff.

I attended cop27 and stayed at the Albatross, this was the best decision that I’ve made. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely come back for a visit

Everything was great but food quality is zero I got diarrhea and I reported but no one care

Es war alles super, das Personal bemüht sich alle Wünsche zu verwirklichen. Einige Kritikpunkte jedoch waren, dass das Entertainment überwiegend nur in russischer Sprache stattgefunden hat, statt auf Englisch. Ebenso funktionierten oftmals nicht die Geldautomaten wo man in EGP wechseln kann. Aber ansonsten top Hotel! Klare Empfehlung!

Assez mécontentement de la nourriture. Repas de cantine assez mauvais. Cocktail trop sucré et sans goût. Fréquentation principalement de pays de l'est avec peu d'éducation. Très belle plage) chambre/snorkeling

Horrible. We wanted stay there as the comment was great but look like unreal. Impossible to negotiate with reception and M Amman lie us. Paid twice and finally we changed hotel.

Отель переживает не лучшие свои дни. Номер 2003 : ржавчина и плесень в ванной, протекающий душ, поцарапанный шкаф-купе, пятна на креслах. Номер расположен рядом с лобби-баром. На террасе лобби-бара ежедневно проводились вечерние шоу. Музыка играла очень громко, дрожали стены. Все это было не очень приятно. К пляжу и бассейнам претензий нет.

Очень хорошее питание! Достойный риф для снорклинга...
