Perfect Stay! Super clean and convinient.

The room was clea and the location was wonderful for getting up for an early flight however the walls and ceiling was peeling from water damage and the decor was sparse. Honestly I felt I was in a hostel. I did not use the shower as it did not feel inviting. Would not stay here again.

Expensive but convenient if you have an early flight. Don’t expect a quality night sleep.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. My daughter's flight was at 6 am and mine was at 12pm. 5 min walk inside the sky bridge and got her to check in. Went back to bed after. Clean, comfortable beds.

Simple accommodations that met our needs well. We had an early flight out of Fiumicino, we rolled out of bed and was at check in within 15 minutes. Perfect

So convenient to find and check in. The layout seemed very weird, as the hotel is actually in a circle. We were on the ground floor which meant we had to take the elevator all the way down. It really felt like we we were in a basement. However, once in the room, it was very clean, and very spacious, the room was fairly expensive, but the convenience outweighed the price.

Such lovely staff — and the convenience can’t be beat. I have stayed here many times. The bathrooms and towels are starting to look tired, but overall, the convenience makes this place a standout. And it is MUCH better than the other hotel at the airport.

Disgusting room. Dirty and tattered. Crazy to be charging over £200 a night even if it's for convenience. Stay in the Hilton Garden airport instead. It's a slightly longer walk and it's not perfect but at least it's clean.

Nice enough room which is well worth it being in the actual airport. This makes it much easier when you have an early morning flight.

This hotel offers very basic amenities, considering the price. I paid $280 per day. We booked this hotel by the airport for an early morning flight and very limited and cold breakfast spread for the paid price. I reserved 1 room including breakfast and had a receipt to prove it. I received confirmation from the lady at the reception desk when check-in. Next morning, a man at the reception desk told me to pay for the breakfast again as he could not find the record showing the payment. After 10 minutes of arguing with him, we were only people at the time. This man told me to eat breakfast for free as GIFT. This man treated me as a person trying to get a free breakfast! After I proved the receipt, he ignored me and did not apologize for his mistake. He treated me unprofessionally and rudely as I am an aged Asian woman. This man should not work at the reception desk.
