Tiny rooms, no windows had to open bathroom door just to give a bit more space Thank goodness we got there late and moles straight to bed. Prison cell vibes for sure

My wife and I were finishing off a 2-month holiday in EU and UK, and preparing to return to the states. I booked a room at this hotel at a price tag that touched 4-figures USD (yes, 4 figures!) with a promise of a wonderful room, close proximity to Terminal 3, and I hoped a nice restaurant and bar either in the hotel or nearby. I had also hoped that perhaps a little adult play time might be part of the mix. As we approached the hotel entrance it was apparent that no restaurant or bar was going to exist in that space. OK, we'll find something else -- let's get checked in and relax. We get to our room and experience a HUGE disappointment. It is a tiny room. There is about 18 inches of clearance on either side of the bed. The bath is clean, but there is no place to hang towels other than a single hook on the door. Management provides 2 suitcase holders, which is superb -- but we can't use them as there is no place to set them up without blocking passage to the bath. But most disappointing -- ABSOLUTELY NO WINDOWS! I'm not kidding -- it felt like a jail cell but with a cleaner bath. The nearest restaurant was basic Brit pub food that was over-priced -- about what I expected from a pub at the airport but not at all what I was hoping for on our last evening abroad. On the positive side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. I could not sleep because I was so irritated, but the bed was comfortable. And it is close to the terminal. Bottom line: Hugely over-priced.

Perfect for an early flight out of LHR T3. For the price paid (just under £300), I expected yhebrestautant to remain open until at least 11pm. It closes at 9pm!

The hotel was clean, pretty convenient and quiet. There was some confusion about check out that resulted in our room keys deactivating in the middle of the night. This came to our attention when my husband ventured out in search of breakfast and couldn’t get back to the room. The staff sorted it out, but it was a hassle. Condition of the hotel was good though the handheld shower sprayer was broken.

The hotel had no bar or restaurant, the lounge closed early and they would not allow guests, friends or clients into the lounge and the rules were so strict that I would not return.

Clean and comfortable room, quiet apart from a little corridor traffic. Friendly staff, fast check-in and very convenient location. Maybe a little pricy, but with the terminals so close and walking distance away, that has got to be expected. I would recommend.

incredibly convenient for a morning fligh and very comfortable and quiet. Our room had no windows but that hardly mattered for sleeping through the night.

Extremely well placed, physically inside T3. Rooms have no window which feels odd but not claustrophobic as they’re a decent size. Sound proofing is pretty poor, with people coming and going (it is an Airport after all) a restful night unfortunately is not guaranteed. Value for money ? Pretty expensive but location and convenience probably tip the balance

Like many folk I suspect, we were only using the hotel for somewhere to get a few hours sleep before a flight the next morning. It served the purpose. The room is compact - about 6 inches at most from one side of the double bed to the wall but it does offer the usual facilities. You are paying for the location, plain and simple but it does the job and we had a quiet night's sleep. Didn't use the library/lounge room. Staff were friendly & chatty, even when we arrived at midnight & perhaps not feeling the same!

Room was small but spotless, service was friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, and the location meant I could get to a morning flight with minimal hassle. Only gotcha is that there's no restaurant in the hotel itself, I had to go out and over to the departures part of the terminal to find somewhere to sit down and eat.
