Great place

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was beautiful

Location to legoland was perfect. Great shuttle service within 5 miles distance. Only issue, not a great food selection menu for long stays if dinning at the sheraton/westin every night.

beautiful property unfortunately lacking in housekeeping, and it was very cold during our stay and the heater/air conditioning unit did not work in either one of the rooms we booked. Our suite was not serviced until we called for clean towels. Only exceptional service was from the valet and Bellman Highly recommend Check bill before leaving!

Unfortunately the AC & Heating in our suite was not working. We spent two nights and requested after the first night which was very chilly only to receive no response from anyone or repair. Day 2 We left our suite at 8:30am returned 4:30pm after a long day to find the room had not been serviced. We had to call for housekeeping. Extremely disappointed, knowing we wanted to shower and rest before going out for our dinner reservation. The property is beautiful but definitely needs attention. The best service was the valet the team was excellent. We originally booked three nights, but checked out after two.

We had 3 nights at Westin hotel in Carlsbad. The room is very nice and clean.

Beautiful room and location. Will definitely stay there again.

Only had a one night reservation. Staff was very professional. Only downsides I could find were on cleanliness and cost. My room had multiple hairs on the bathroom floor and bath robe. The $43 valet charge seemed excessive when the normal parking wasn’t far. Wouldn’t do valet again looking back.

Nice place ordered room service a few times, staff was very nice and friendly and food was great. Ordered a room with balcony, the only downer was the balcony was very tinny and was is the bushes next to the service people’s parking

Very convenient for the Legoland trip and nice place

Very good overall. But, this property has quite a few fees that aren’t included in the price to book. Parking & resort fees add up. I would say that each day I had fees of approximately $75 that were separate from the booking rate, just so you know.

We always stay at this property when we go to legoland. Love the private entrance.

Nice resort, with a pool, a hot tub, nice big reception, a Starbucks.

Amazing place and good customer sevice. The property is super cozy and clean.

Jonny was the most helpful at check in and very kind. Beds are super comfortable, and the pool is perfect for families. We will stay here again.
