Towels in the pool area emptied quickly, needed to call for more twice

What can I say. I've stayed at numerous Hamptons due to consistent quality and this hotel doesn't disappoint. In fact, it's one of the best Hamptons I've stayed at recently. The building is relatively new and the room is very modern and clean. Great location too, just off I-95 but not close enough to hear traffic noise.

This checked the boxes for us (pool, workout room, etc.). The room wasn't super clean. Overall, it was a good stay.

Cheryl, was fantastic! The breakfast was enjoyable and the accommodations very clean and welcoming! Always a dependable good stay — Hampton Inn!

Pleasant staff and clean, comfortable room. Honestly, my only complaint is the soaps & lotions provided are very highly scented.

Housekeeping service was atrocious. After my first night, I was out most of the day until the evening. When I returned, I found NO HOUSEKEEPING service had been performed. Trash/recycling was not emptied, bathroom had not been cleaned (along with no discarding used towels, etc.) and bed linens not changed. I called the front desk to complain and the response was "Housekeeping is gone for the night" and they sent someone to my door offering enough towels for a linen store BUT no cleaning service. The following day I did not leave the room until early afternoon. A housekeeper did come but again offering just more clean towels. I HAD TO TELL/ASK HIM TO clean the bathroom, empty the trash and change the bed linens. I find this unacceptable when I have to instruct housekeeping how to housekeep.

Staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection of food items! Wonderful experience!

Children’s hockey teams staying at hotel. Loud in hallway outside our room. Loud outside our window. Gym and pool unusable due to number of children. No adults around. Room could be cleaner. Sheets stained in corner. Bathroom very warm. Causing condensation on toilet seat, which drips on to floor.

Our stay was amazing. Room was clean. Lobby and all areas were clean. Staff was friendly

I had no issues at this property. I received the service I expect and the property was clean with helpful staff.

Has pool and breakfast

Rooms need an upgrade. Every room should have a microwave, only suites have microwaves. My room was not available amd i was forced to take a inkg bed as oppose to a double queen that I reserved.

Great experience

We have stayed here twice for concerts at Gillette. Great location. Hotel is great! Staff is very accommodating. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, amenities were great. Free breakfast is a great variety of food and was delicious. If going to Gillette this is a great place to stay!! Once you are out of parking traffic it is a fast ride. The hotel is in the direction of the one way traffic police impose after concerts.

Everything was great! We were able to check in a little early and have a bigger room which really helped! Front staff were very helpful.
