Comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Helpful staff, great breakfast. Clean as it should be

Visiting Norway from UK and this the third Thon hotel we have stayed at, none have any sort of view unless you pay top price, the Mo I Rana was the best for setting and service, lovely communal room beautifully set. Kristensand and the two chairs in our room were very heavy stained (didn't use them ugh).

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kristiansand. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless & comfortable. I loved the decor and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, whilst being a little chaotic, was delicious. It was lovely being able to sit outside and enjoy the views across the square. The Sushi restaurant, attached to the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful-- especially the staff!!! However, we were very unhappy about the fact that we had to navigate through the parking garage. This is a very confusing process. There are no clear signs in the garage-- and the App does not work with our US phone numbers. Very frustrating. Also not clear-- how to get one of the "reserved" free parking spots. The hotel needs to make this more convenient.
