Loved the location and space of this unique guest house qith the nest view of the three rondavels

Views and walks excellent. Restaurant lacked atmosphere. Complained about the room and were told it was scheduled to be refurbished.

So relaxing but looks so old Especially the tiles

Location is it here… great views & hiking trails nearby. Baboons everywhere which is fun to see but the property is a lil run down and dated.

Stunning venue and great resort

Hiking heaven and awesome views. Putt-Putt and trampolines are not clean and not maintained.

It was great to be able to stay over and hike the next day. There is a shop on the premises but it closed before we arrived. The apartment was clean and easy to use. No coffee pot (or French press), but instant is available. The hiking was great!

Restaurant food was really bad. All the staff so friendly that we felt bad to actually say the truth on the day.

Good standard. Not luxury but position cannot be beaten.

Awesome place to stay

The natural beauty is wonderful. The accomodations are dated with tiny kitchens, poor kitchen equipment and stained curtains. Beds are fine. I would describe the units generally as clean, and mostly comfortable. Definitely not in the "luxury" category as claimed. Luxury providers do not search their guests' cars when they leave the property. The reason given for the search was to prevent theft of plants and animals. The more likely reason is to prevent theft of microwaves.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is close to many places of attraction which made access very easy. The only issue we had was with the showers/bath which had no curtain and made showers very messy.

Great location

Perfect location but the chalet we stayed in was too small..not sure if all chalets are the same..many items in the chalet were either broken or not working.

The stay was fantastic, the place was clean, pool area clean. I was just disappointed when they said horse riding is fully booked.i wish they can install phones so can call the reception when we are in need of their help

An absolutely incredible experience. Friendly and professional staff + the property is well maintained. I want to come back and bring my family for a stay of at least a week. Only 4 recommendations for improvement: 1. The breakfast was great, but the supper/dinner was not so good - the fish was rubbery and tasteless. 2. The window of our chalet's bedroom had a big patch that was not cleaned on the outside. 3. An investment that could be considered would be to create a little wooden balcony that you can access from the bedroom, where you can sit and look out over the canyon. 4. We could not see much of the canyone from our bedroom or from the chalet, because the trees and bushes were not trimmed down.

the view makes it soo worth it! I loved it. and our chalet was so cute, clean and complete.
