The hotel was so clean and has very friendly and helpful reception Location is perfect and near to the river side and very central We loved it.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location was very central, and easy to get to with public transport. The room was brilliant and the breakfast was out of this world

They forgot to clean the shower room wall and the floor. We can see the dark line between the tiles and by the shower door.

The room was small but exactly as described when the reservation was made, no surprises. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Breakfast was good, with variety of options. They do have made to order eggs on weekends only, which we didn't get to enjoy but other than that, staff were excellent, very helpful with all our needs. Rooms were clean. The Sparkling wine, along with a bottle of Porto wine and pastry with a personalized note made us feel welcomed with a personal touch. Hotel restaurant and bar had variety of options. Friday evening, they have live music performances. A very nice hotel, walking distance to all the attractions and shopping Lisbon has to offer.
