We wanted self catering, 2 beds, 2 baths and air con. 4 friends travelling together. These apartments appealed as they always have a receptionist on, so it felt secure. Apartment exceeded our expectations! Easy 10min walk to the Royal Palace. 20mins walk to Plaza Major. Apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. Brilliant electric shutters made the bedrooms really dark for sleeping overnight. Helpful staff when we accidentally locked stuff in our safe on the first day! We'd recommend watching sunset from the hill next to the apartment (Temple de Debod). And rooftop drinks at Hotel Riu (5 mins walk). All of the area around the hotel and city center felt very safe and friendly.

Excellent apartment. Large & comfortable. Only downer was lack of in room coffee. I had to ask for more, and then they charged me two Euros. Seemed silly.

The two ladies in reception in the mornings was superb, they are friendly and extremely polite and helpful, the afternoon staff not so friendly

The best experience I’ve had staying in a hotel. The space was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of closet space and the bed was great. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of room. Very clean, great air conditioning, and before we arrived the property was quick to reply to questions via email. Easy walk to nearby sites and dining. Only negative is for us the dining room chairs were not comfortable.

Apartments very comfortable including goor air and very large modern new space. However the manager at property wouldn't stop arguing over parking in garage. Parking is very tight and my vehicle was extra large so it is 100% impossible to park within one patking spot. For some reason this manager relentlessly argues that vehicle does fit in one spot. This argument started off our stay there. Very unprossional for.and title there especially a manager. To top it off parking lot is 80% vacant throughout our entire stay.

Fantastic location at the Plaza de Espana. Clean and modern apartment in quiet area with all the amenities. Gorgeous view of the park. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful property, fabulous location, excellent service. Our apartment was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Raquel. Location was spot on for exploring and convenience.

Our stay was great! Our apartment was clean and great size for two of us. The location was also perfect and the front desk was staffed 24/7 with very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
