Spacious and comfortable apartment. Only serious complaint was that someone had left rubbish outside front door that was there for the three days and was smelly and unwelcoming -easily managed even if its others within the apartment block were responsible.

The apartment was amazing, what a gem! Issue was the linens and bedding, there were not enough sheets, blankets, and pillows to properly set up the sofa beds and what was available very worn out. We had to hunt for extra bedding and found very little. Stains on the bedding and comforters was also a concern. The apartment was very clean!

Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return.

A very nice apartment in Bath! Parking is tight--but it's tight everyplace in Bath. We were there in late spring so we had to deal with trees shedding on the car but that's no big problem. The historic building is very cool and accessible to shopping and dining.

Very well-equipped apartment, just like staying at home. Property management were very responsive to queries, and I appreciated the long detailed arrival write-ups with almost all issues addressed and anticipated, and upfront disclosures of possible inconveniences like the bedroom facing the main road. The apartment can be a little cold in the winter due to the high ceilings and radiators only along the walls, but that is only to be expected given its size and the age of the building it is located in. A great stay, I would definitely book this again.

Huge apartment, kitchen and bathroom a little dated but clean and functional and the bedroom and living area are lovely and spacious. Would have been nice if they included bin bags and tea towels in the kitchen.

Spacious but lacked charm. Too many rules and extras. If we had planned to stay for several days we would have been able to enjoy the flat more fully.

Very easy to find. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom as it was too noisy. But saying that we were warned beforehand.Very easy check-in & good instructions. Just didn't like that the bathroom basin was cracked. But clean & tidy. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you're staying longer than a weekend & are doing the cooking!

Lovely flat. close to town. Parking was OK although I was pleased I had a small car as the turning area was tight. Well appointed with comfortable beds, good shower, oven, fridge. toaster etc.

Car Parking is really public and NOT guaranteed. Check-in is quite a pain, and you need to read a long email and manual to get in and understand what is where etc. One of the contact phones given are wrong. The bath and sink in the bathroom are missing. For 3 persons staying 2 nights, only 2 toilet rolls provided. No hooks available in bathroom. Only 3 Coffee capsules provided only so coffee only for 1 day. Quite disappointing choice.

The property manager was very helpful and nice. We arrived a bit early and were looking for a place to put our belongings for an hour before we could get into the apartment and they were very accommodating, letting us put our bags in another room in the meantime. The instructions for getting to the apartment and for checking in were very detailed, which was really helpful. The place was really clean and the kitchen well equipped. There was also a bus stop right outside the apartment, which was really convenient. Thank you for a great place to stay close to the main downtown!

It was in a typically traditional building. It was easy to find and parking was available on the street. The accommodation suited our needs and was not too far from the Centre. Although slightly more expensive than one usual accommodation it was just about within our budget.

Chechen was terrible with horrible communication. I sent my info. No reply. They asked for credit card, when you said not to give one. We finally went to a surgery and they were most helpful. On the phone, mark told us to go to the cafe across the street for internet and the receptionist told us it was closed. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable! It was listed as a superior apt and it certainly was not. The refrigerator was unplugged and the food we were traveling with had to wait for a refrigeratored temperature. It took too long and we threw it out. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Excellent old building which makes a nice change from a modern hotel. The twin beds were like sponges - far too soft. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this venue for your stay in Bath. Easy to walk into town and explore all the sights.
