The room was great, as well as the costumer service, but the noise the guests upstairs were making was awful. They’re loud at night and really early in the morning.

Staff provided excellent customer service. Even though the room is well maintained and modern, it was not cleaned enough. I found many woman’s black long hair on the room floor, bed, and restroom.

The room was spacious and the staff was helpful. The only problem is that the hand sink was dripping.

used valet parking, it was excellent, the accommodated us since we had an oversized lifted truck. staff super friendly and kind. kitchen has all we needed.

I love this "home away from home". I travel to Tijuana often and alway return to Rio Suites. They offer several levels of accommodations, from a small simple room to full suites with kitchenettes. I can easily walk to shops & restaurants, and always feel safe. Staff is amazing, welcoming and friendly.

It met our needs for the type of visit we had. Some of the restaurants were walking distance which made it accessible and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The noise on the first floor was something that can improve.
