Nice apartment, friendly, and helpful reception, great parking!

Owners and staff very helpful. Balcony room with excellent views but no elevator so lots stairs to climb. Hotel very central with good on site parking. All around excellent hotel.

The property location is stunning with views over the Umbrian hills and the historical area of Assisi. The breakfast the hospitality and the hotel is the best in the area. Will always return here as we have done for so many years Unforgettable tranquility and Peace .

We kiked the apartment, but it needs heavier curtains on the doors, or shades. Look like there used to be a shade overboth doors, but it was missing for our stay.

Situated near a bus stop, during the day you can get some traffic noise, but by night time, the area is quiet. It's a bit of a walk from the central square, but it's nice if you want to avoid the babble of roving hoards of daytrippers. There's a beautiful garden with outside seating, and a patio with an excellent view of the town. Excellent breakfast.

We only stayed one night did have some trouble finding the hotel gps took us inside the wall make sure to use address not name it is not inside of the walls. Breakfast was very good

A hotel with a magnificent view over the Assisi. Maybe best views I have seen in any hotel. The breakfast was good and gluten-free bread was available when asked. Location was great; everything in couple of minutes walking distance.

Do not hesitate to book this property! It is so incredibly lovely! The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, quiet, and the VIEWS!! OMG the views of Assisi were incredible, it's simultaneously in the heart of the old city and has a world class view of the old city. This family owned and operated boutique hotel was fantastic. The family are so nice and kind and helpful! The included breakfast was delicious and impressive, and so beautifully presented I had to take a photo. We slept so well here, the area is safe, it's just a few minutes' walk to everything. The hotel has it's own little olive orchard which is charming, and a wonderful patio to enjoy more views of the old city. I really wish we had stayed here longer, as it was so enjoyable. I can't say enough nice things about our experience here!

The staff were exceptional. Comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast! Walking distance to all of the main sites but know that everything is uphill or downhill. Room 26 has a corner balcony with outstanding panoramic views. The room would benefit from blackout drapes. Highly recommend this property!

Everything was wonderful, from the staff, to my room, #38 with it's spectacular view, the Garden Terrace, the weather. It was so good I extended it a day... peaceful, tranquil. Close to everything. Perfect.

Location overlooking with the garden overlooking the valley is terrific. Marco and all of the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, restaurants and shopping easy walking distance. Bathroom: small and window needs a shade and drapes are sheer. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Views are spectacular!

What an amazing stay! The hotel has a beautiful outdoor garden and terrace with outstanding views of the city and valley where you start your day with breakfast that they bring to your table. We also enjoyed an evening aperitif and nighttime starlit moments on the terrace. Our room was very clean and had a private terrace. This hotel is a truly relaxing space and it is just steps away from the bus stop so you don’t have to drag your bags through town. Marco offers genuine hospitality and cared for our every need, even getting us a great table for a sunset dinner overlooking the Basilica of St. Francis. I can’t imagine a better hotel in town.
