The property is located right in the old market square in The Old City so it's very close to main tourist attractions. At the same time, the apartment is quiet at night so I could get good a good night's sleep. Communicating with the property's representative was easy and accurate, and overall I loved my stay and would recommend it to others.

It's advertised as a hotel not an appartement, it was hard to find, I got charged for late check in, the building is old and dirty at the entrance! the actual place is very old, I paid the equivalent of a very nice hotel but got this dreadful apartment instead!

We liked everything about the apartment. Great staff - especially Alex. I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

What a magnificent property!! And right in the middle of the old town square. Spacious and modern - but with some old world charm. It was also our first time in Warsaw - and I was impressed with how clean and walkable the city is!

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, THIS was the absolute BEST! Absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept. Modern amenities, lighting, and art as well as Roman/Greek accents and nice wood floors made this spacious stay a pleasure in every sense. The location is unbeatable being at the heart of Old Town. As if that was not enough, Laura, the property manager was the nicest, most accommodating, host we've ever had. She toured us, showed us how the many appliances, lights, and amenities worked and even ordered a taxi for us on Christmas morning! She truly went above and beyond! We can't wait to return!

Very nicely appointed large apartment in the old town. Very thoughtful staff, easy to work with. Beautiful area; easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights.

This place was AMAZING! and Laura who is the caretaker was phenomenal. I had some trouble (my fault) locating the building and Laura literally figured out where I was, met me, and then led me to the building. The apartment was truly a luxury apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped (I like to cook). I also need to mention the master bathroom...wow! You need to experience it for yourself. Also, it's literally located on the market square of old town Warsaw...incredible location!

the location was right on warszaw square. We initially booked a 2 bedroom, but it looked at a side street. Laura allowed us to look at the 1 bedroom which was overlooking the square directly, and allowed us to move. We really enjoyed the location, the service and the building. Very nice, as it had a kitchen. . .and a great view.

Loved the property and the proximity to city attractions. The apartment was clean and exactly like the reservation picture which is rare 😀 Laura our representatives was AMAZING!!!! Very knowledgeable, informative with suggestions for dinner as well as events around the town. Loved dealing with her in Polish and English😀👍 She made our stay that much more memorable! The property was in an amazing location felt like we were part of a film set. Laura our host organised transport from the airport and gave us a lovely welcome,also checking in during our stay up make sure we had everything we needed. Really nice short stay

This place is a must stay. The accommodations were amazing and super clean. The location is 5 star and the management was super friendly. Thank you Laura for making our stay so great.

WARNING SCAM!!! First off, it’s an old apartment building NOT a hotel, so it shouldn’t be referred to is as such. They are NOT associated with the actual Mondrian hotels just use their likeness (do your own research) this is how we got scammed. Most of the things mentioned about property simply DO NOT EXIST, which are standard for an actual hotel. Attached are the real pictures of the inside the property as they use fake pictures. We only stayed one night before we ran from there and didn’t get our money back ($3,700 total!) Watch out for SMALL PRINT also as they do NOT have elevators, so you will have to drag the bags up and down 6 flights of stairs or anytime you want to leave the “luxury” room. For airport shuttle they ordered old taxi. It is ran by one guy named Rafal as limited concierge but don’t be fooled there isn’t even an actual concierge desk nor bell desk! He only uses WhatsApp to communicate; not professional. “Limited” housekeeping and food service do NOT exist! When we ask about dry cleaning we were referred to a mall that was closed. They do NOT have a winery, business center, computer station, tours/tickets assistance, pillow menu nor hypoallergenic bedding. There is no heating other than the central air heating for the OLD building which means there are little radiators under windows but you can’t even control the temp hence ‘central’. Rafal lied to us via messages but when we complained again he came over and told us “too bad” in most rude way so we left.

The Luxury Collection Mondrian Market Square are beautiful apartments, luxury throughout. After booking Rafal contacted us to see if he could help in anyway, booking transfers etc. Before arrival he contacted us again with directions. On arrival he greeted us and showed us round the apartment, explaining all the high tech. The apartment provided an iPad and pocket WiFi for guests use. Apple TV, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Fully equipped. Every in the appartment was as good as new and spotlessly clean and comfortable and warm. Beautifully decorated . The location was directly on th Old Town Market Square , with an abundance of inexpensive, good restaurants on the doorstep. Close to the castle. The old town is the place to stay. We will recommend these apartments to family and friends and we are already planning a return visit with family. We stayed in the 2 bedroom old town view, which was spacious. The 3 bedroomed apartments must be amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really beautiful apartment - in an absolutely superb location in the middle of the old town. Rafael was lovely - met us on time and was very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again - v glam.
