We enjoyed our stay & the reception was very polite & helpful. At the pool/bar it was somewhat different-it took ages to get served & only after going to the bar to ask if we could have a drink. The tables were not cleaned, but the 5 big drinking guys on the bar got lots of service…. The room was generally good. The air conditioning sounded like a tractor & the kids room was very small. The rest was great & I am very pleased we stayed here.

Nice food at restaurant and welcoming staff at reception

I booked 2 rooms here for 3 nights, one for me and one for my business partner. This was one of the baddest experiences I have ever had. In my partner's room, the light always switched off automatically after a few minutes. Apparently there was a timer installed and they did not manage to fix it. In my room, there was a terrible smell in the toilet. During the night, it got so bad that I had to sleep with my window fully open (wintertime). Also this problem was not fixed, although I complained about it every morning. The carpets in the rooms and corridors were worn out, full of stains and are urgently need to be replaced. I will never return to this place. By the way: the restaurant was ok and the staff there was friendly.

I really like the swimming area between the trees and excellent outdoor furnitures and good music! Excellent breakfast too and very friendly staff

The Staff were very pleasant. The room suffered bad odours. This stay was frustrating due to an electricity power-cut from 6 PM through to 1 PM the following day.

The hotel was nice and modern, especially the inside decor and facilities. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size, although not much storage space but as we were only there for a few days that was fine, and the balcony was spacious with a table and chairs. The pool was so gorgeous, we went at the tail end of the season and so were pretty much the only people there taking advantage of the good weather so it felt really private. The location is very good, only a few minutes to the beach and not much longer than that to get into the slightly busier part of the town and the harbour. We didn't try out the hotel restaurant but there are so many restaurants in town to try even when its not the height of summer. There is also a little patisserie one block over that was divine. We went for a long weekend away and would definitely recommend it.

Hôtel avec parking privé gratuit. Très bon accueil, établissement impeccable et calme, restauration possible sur place. Plats de qualité, service professionnel, salle cosy et très agréable. Chambre grande et très propre, belle décoration , salle de bain et wc séparés. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet salé / sucré large choix, propositions de qualité .. hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible.. à découvrir absolument…

Très bonne accessibilité, parking gratuit. Accueil agréable . Hôtel très agréable, propre. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain et wc séparés . Belle terrasse. Très bonne literie. Côté restaurant, petit déjeuner sucré / salé sous forme de buffet très varié en produits frais. Dîner, service agréable et professionnel, bonne cuisine. Le Prose hôtel / restaurant est à conseiller..

Hôtel bien placé, agréable, chambre pas très grande, literie ferme . Pour le chien 20€ un peu chers surtout quand son concurrent hôtel du golf demande 10€ qui sont reversés à la SPA donc la prochaine fois se sera le concurrent
