We arrived on Friday afternoon and found roland and michele very welcoming and made us feel very welcome at this very luxurious accommodation, breakfast was from a form that Roland had sent to our phone,which we enjoyed very much.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay was truly exceptional and deserves recognition. From check-in to check-out, Roland and Michelle provided warm and genuine hospitality that went above and beyond. The location is peaceful and perfect for both relaxation and work, and only about 25 minutes by car from central Brussels. The room was beautifully designed—modern, spacious, and extremely clean, with a cozy private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt like something out of a luxury hotel, equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which is included in the price. You choose your options the night before, and it’s served in person by the hosts—fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Their passion for hospitality really shows in every detail. There’s also a lovely garden space where dinner can be enjoyed if you wish, and we had access to a secure garage for parking, also included. All of this—superb service, beautiful accommodations, breakfast, and parking—came at a price that is incredibly fair compared to Brussels city options, and the overall value was unbeatable. Highly, highly recommended. A true gem. 11/10!

What a beautiful B&B! Hosts were very welcoming and made me feel like royalty! Room was amazing with private bathroom and whole room had floor heating with no unit so it was fine. Bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows. Area was very quiet so perfect for anyone coming for business like myself. Short commute to wavre, about 30mins with traffic. Breakfast was plenty and you select the night before and can cater for all. Parking is good too using front entrance with gate closed so you and car is safe. Food is available from a few places. Sushi is recommended and delivers too. Highly recommend this place for safety, quietness and commutable!

Very friendly owners, care to meet all our needs. Fluent in English which is hard to find in a Fr speaking area. Breakfast on demand. Would visit again for sure, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! I accidentally dropped a glass bottle which of course was filled with apple juice making a huge mess of glass and juice. Roland was amazing helped us get it all cleaned up making jokes like it was not an inconvenience at all. They serve the most amazing breakfast that you get to custom order including eggs from their hens and homade jellies/butter/yogurt it was all delicious! It was a quite beautiful neighborhood with very clean and comfortable rooms. I would recommend to anyone who is ok being about 50 minutes outside of brussles. I would loved to have stayed longer.

Nice and cozy small Bed & Breakfast, easy to locate, and very helpful owners.

B&B with and adorable hostess and host. The buidling is a jewel for anyone who appreciates modern architecture. The area is green and peaceful. Conveniently located for anyone visiting Louvain-La-Neuve, Ottignies, Wavre etc. The rooms are spotless and well decorated with quality materials. I was here as a business traveller, the rooms have everything you need (sufficient work and storage space). Also about the breakfast: only positive words. Not a vast choice as in big hotels, but you can select the items you want upfront. The price / quality ratio is really good here. The parking is free, at the doorstep. I'll come again and again :)

Perfection at all levels. Location, cleanliness, nicely decorated rooms with sufficient space and required equipment. Breakfast: not the biggest choice, but every single product on the table is of good quality and delicious. The biggest plus about this B&B are the owners who are warm and welcoming. Well done!

An excellent place to stay, with a really good breakfast and excellent service. The location is very quiet, being at the edge of the village and it has a lovely patio and garden which you may enjoy as you please, and also a ground floor lounge area equipped with a television and with access to tea, coffee, cold drinks and a refrigerator. Unfortunately, they are not wheelchair friendly as they do not have a lift, but if you can manage one flight of stairs then you'll be Ok. On the up-side they did have my electric wheelchair inside overnight, to recharge the batteries. On the down-side, if you have to spend the day at the 'hotel', the lounge area is on the ground floor which is fine for accessing the unlimited tea and coffee, but not so good for accessing items in your room. Overall, despite my physical limitations, a place that I will be more than happy to return to. Thank yo for your hospitality. Graham & Margaret

The room was very nice and modern, although there was no sign of the Air Conditioning that is listed on hotels.com as a room feature. But in spite of record breaking heat during our stay, the area cools down well at night and airing out the room made it comfortable for the night. The bed is very comfortable and everything has been designed with a lot of love and care. The whole property is meticulously maintained. The hosts are wonderful and make you feel very welcome and at home. Have a chat with them (they speak English well) and enjoy a welcome drink, a good way to take off the edge after a long day. The breakfast was outstanding, with great coffee, tasty fresh fruit salad, home-made preserves, locally sourced apple juice and local deli meats / cheese. Bread selections include fresh croissants, rolls etc. after 7.00 am (the bakeries aren't open earlier) and a good selection of bread if you need an early breakfast, like we did. As with everything else, the hosts are very accommodating and will make sure the breakfast is what you want.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, very comfortable, great breakfast and terrific hosts. Highly recommend!

Wij hebben, in een oase van rust, mogen genieten van de prachtige B&B van Roland en Michèle. Dimensions M is een pareltje op ieder gebied. Zowel de moderne, schone, met zorg ingerichte kamers en het met streekgerechten, biologische bereide ontbijt zijn van hoog niveau. Een aanrader voor een ieder die wil genieten van rust en gastvrijheid. 👌👌

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, hatten einen super netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die uns auch mit einem klasse Frühstück verwöhnten. Zimmer und Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
